I think this room was clean, the bed is huuuuge which was awesome. The hallways also were quite quiet, the insonorisation was quite good too as this is a traffic area.
I had some issues with the design of the bathroom. For one the bathroom was very small and I am already a small person. But also there are no lights in the bathroom aside from the one above the sink which did not work for me. And lastly, the shower head did not fit the shower wall adapter? So I always had to hold the shower head to shower which was a bit frustrating. But honestly in many hotels you don't have this either.

Staff did what they could but clearly understaffed
I was put in a first room, which light above the bed did not work. I told the staff, who replied that they would check in the morning. They did not. I asked to change room. Got a new room where the light above the bed also did not work... And the plastic cup in the bathroom had cigarette ashes inside, and I only noticed after I drank from it (you can see from the picture)...

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good.
The airco in the bathroom was noisy and could not be switched off. The airco system in the room was very noisy, but at least could be switched off.

Hi everyone, one of the worst experiences that i had , i drove from Hamburg all the way to oegstgeest and it was around 1:30 in the morning and in desk they told that they cancelled my booking with tell me and i had to look for another hotel,

Disappointing
Comfy beds and a nice strong hot shower in the room. Quite some space so we did not feel cramped.
The hotel was very expensive for what you get in return. The room was decent but we did not have an iron in the room though it was advertised in the booking. We was too pricey for the offered quality and was not good value for money. We had an incident where noisy people were loud in a room on the same floor from 4 am to 7 am.
