Experience the laid-back atmosphere of The Flying Pig Beach Hostel Age 18 to 40 and meet people from all over the world, while enjoying an active holiday along the coast of the North Sea. Located in the center of the popular, Dutch beach resort of Noordwijk, this youth hostel provides the ideal shared accommodations for backpackers and budget travelers. This party and beach hostel is located only 164 feet from the beach and has surfboards available for its guests, as well as free body and skimboards making it perfect for people searching out a watersport holiday. With a lively hostel bar open nightly until 01:00 weekdays and 02:00 on weekends and only 656 ft from the bustling nightlife in town, you will never have a dull moment during your stay. You can enjoy many convenient facilities such as free wifi throughout the building, a pool table and free to use, fully stocked kitchen for guests. Please be aware, we do not accept pets in the hostel. Our breakfast time is 08:00-10:30 - Guests are required to show a valid, in date photo ID and credit card in the same name upon check-in. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required {at check-in}. {A copy of an ID will not be accepted.} Guests over 40 can be accommodated but must book a private room.

Location of the property was perfect. A very quiet area near the beach. The 2 people that checked us in were so nice and friendly!!!
The shower/toilets on our floor could use some TLC. The one shower had no light as it was an automatic light but it never automatically came on. The other shower had a working light but a beeping noise that continued every 2 mins over and over and over.

It is good to have to enjoy the rest of the day. It was cool outside and the proper British tea and milk was most needful. The as well as with some cereal was fine. The staff were excellent and most helpful especially Leroy. Thank you.

Incredible hostel, we would not have wanted to stay anywhere else. The staff are lovely and friendly, and we really enjoyed the facilities offered (kitchen, bar, seating, back deck) and the evening activities offered which were different every night. There were leaflets and information boards with things to do around Noordwijk and the Netherlands. We met some cool people who we will remember for a long time. Our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable too. We had such a great experience in the Netherlands and this hostel helped make it even better.

The hostel is fart smelling, loser den hole. They do all sorts of drugs and just drink the whole time which is annoying. You will be hearing them partying till 02.00 in the morning. Great if you want to sleep.

Value for money, great location near bus stops and near the beach, friendly personal, no slice tomato and Gurken for breakfast.
You have to put a sign where the light switch for the shower is near the main door

The staff were really friendly and laid back. I am over 40 and it was totally fine to stay in the 4 women' s bedroom. Using the kitchen was normal and they have a nice terrace. Extraordinary: You find a note that they encourage you to let them know, If the restroom would not be clean any more, and they would immediately take care.⬆️ ?❗ I would come back ?

The employees are fantastic. Atmosphere is fun. Location is perfect.

The sunset on the north sea was beautiful. There was some seals in the water and wild deers in the dunes, i did not expect to meet these animals. I really enjoyed the city of Noordwijk. The hostel was very nice with good people around.
