Very Poor
Breakfast was very good.
We accidentally left personal belongings in our hotel room. When we called the hotel to ask for assistance, the staff member we spoke to was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving the issue. The interaction felt rushed, with no patience or willingness to support us in locating our items. Unfortunately, this left us quite disappointed with the level of service.

Wonderful
I like this hotel, in my opinion one of the best in Noordwijk and in winter you can get rooms at a reasonable price. I travel to Noordwijk frequently and recently, this hotel has become is my default choice. I recommend to pay a bit extra to get a the room not facing a construction site - the hotel is quite explicit about that. The rooms are huge, clean comfortable. Good wifi. Tea, coffee and a fridge in the room. A hotel bar open until 11 pm. Excellent breakfast (not cheap though).
Not much - I had a good stay this time.

Very Good
room was spacey, light and comfortable.
I didnt like the amount of children in neighbouring rooms and the running and screaming of children over the floors near the bedrooms.

Everything
Bedside outlets not working. We used other outlets to charge our phones. TV not positioned nicely for viewing from the bed.

Central location
The price was a bit high for the quality of the hotel.

The wellness area
Steam room couldn't be turned on. Coffee machine in the room didn't work. Screaming kids in the small pool in the wellness area late at night (despite rules). No soy yoghurt at breakfast. There's a sign that says "ask for soy yoghurt" - and when you ask they tell you they don't have it. It's 2025, vegans and lactose intolerant people exist, and it's not expensive people, just put it next to all the other yoghurts!

Pleasant
Good located
There very little attention for the cleanliness, the water pot was never cleaned, lots of dirt at the bottom of the pot which I think is disgusting and it reflects that the management just do not care abt cleanliness.

Very Good
Walking distance to the beach and town. plenty of restaurants nearby. Shower in room was very good. Buffet breakfast was expensive, but had a good selection of food and drinks.
Contacted hotel on TWO seperate occasions to confirm that our bookng was a twin room and NOT a double,, preferably in a quiet area of the hotel, but on arrival we're put in a double. The receptionist moved us, but we were given a room overlooking a noisy construction site. Be aware the hotel accepts dogs, so on the first night of our 3 night stay we were disturbed by the guests dog next to us, barking continuously until 10pm as it had been left alone. Price of the hotel's underground car park was steep at 24 euros per day.

Wonderful
Loved the location and friendliness of the staff. Lots of food options near by as well. Big plus for us was that we could have our dog with us and she was treated really well by everyone there. My son absolutely loves the little play area. We will definitely return again soon!
If I have to be picky ... I would have loved for someone to do random spot checks on the swimming area and the play area. There were a number of unruly kids wreaking havoc in the play centre and then also in the pool some kids were jumping and doing canon balls in the small pool which made me a little uneasy when my toddler was in the water even with the sign that prohibits it and their parents present

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view over the town and option to not have your room cleaned daily with a voucher as a reward. Really enjoyed the sushi in Mr. Sato x Vloed Loungebar. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice.
Other than the price of the stay being too expensive. the only issue was that due to the shape of the tap in the bathroom, it took a very long time to fill the bath. The food is the restaurant wasn't very good (very dry and not much vegetables)

We were in Noordwijk for the weekend to enjoy the Flower Parade. We purchased tickets for the grand stand and it was worth it. What an experience! Everything from the people, the hotel, the restaurant, the terrace was fantastic.

Wonderful
The room was OK, clean, well maintained and fairly quiet at night. Good wifi. Excellent breakfast, one of the best I had! Nice bar. The staff was doing a great job in all respects. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels in Noordwijk. There is also a fancy restaurant and a spa in the hotel (which I did not use).
I had one of the cheaper rooms at the back side of the hotel, facing a busy construction site. They start at 7:00 and there is considerable noise. No big issue for me, as I had to wake up at that time anyway.

A stylish hotel in a charming location.

Fair
Breakfast was good. Advice for the staff: Make signs indicating that some drinks require larger glasses. It was a pity to watch visitors who consistently ended up with overflowing cups and didn’t know what to do with them.
I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Despite requesting a quiet room, I was placed in one in the middle of the corridor, where I could hear footsteps and voices all night. The room was dirty, with hair in the bathroom, stained floors, a musty smell of dirt emanated even from the carpeting, and a dirty, unwashed toilet. It seems the problem isn't just cleanliness but also with the sewerage system, as the toilet smelled foul. When I mentioned this, the staff just sprayed deodorant, which did nothing to fix the issue.
The bed was positioned directly across from the toilet, making it even worse. The room lacked basic amenities like robes and slippers, and when I asked, I was told they now charge for them, which was a surprise as I had received them for free just 3 weeks ago.
The corridor constantly smelled of smoke, despite the hotel being non-smoking, and when I mentioned it, the staff blamed the wind.
In the spa and pool area, water accumulated and reached the ankle, which is dangerous. Despite noticing this 3 weeks ago, it was still unresolved, and I nearly slipped every time I used the stairs. The spa area was also very small for such a large hotel.
Advice for employees: don't neglect customer feedback and ensure services match their price tag.
