Great location.
We booked the wrong room, a budget room , no idea how ! Awful , very small , musty , no window only a door out to a very small balcony , hence the smell. Managed to upgrade for one night and that was excellent. Because it was a “ budget room “ , you don’t get water glasses, you get two plastic glasses. I’m sure if we had booked the other room it would have been fine , however…..

The staff was good and helpful. Breakfast was good but only one veg option (though it was mentioned in the booking).
The room needed to be cleaned (full of dust). No toiletries were provided and the WiFi was very slow.

Passable breakfast and very central location. The Wifi was good. Very nice staff too! Room was small but decent and the bed comfortable. The beach is really close!
Parking was 15 euro not 10 as advertised on booking.com for the hotel (plus I can't imagine getting a space in high season?). I booked as there was an in house restaurant, but being off season on a Monday it was closed. The room, decor, shower drainage and shower pressure not what I expecting at the price point. Sound insulation is poor, I'm just glad the people next door were not too loud.

Nice hotel near the beach and light house of Noordwijk. Cozy atmosphere, clean, good shower and bed. Okay breakfast. Parking possible on private parking place next to hotel. Good value for money hotel.
Room a bit on the small side, no elevator available for people who can not carry their own luggage, you have to pay extra for parking your car

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location close to the beach, restaurants and stores.
The lack of parking was a hassle. We had to park in the larger lot a ways a way. Then the noise from the parking lot on the side of the hotel woke us up.

Friendly staff. When we called before arrival super cheerful lady on the phone. We arrived late and that was not a problem. They were very informative and helpful. The room was clean (it was a small room) but the perfect location and top price was definitely worth it. Bed was really comfy. The breakfast was also fantastic. Would definitely come back

The location is beautiful, right at the Nordic sea. The hotel team were super friendly and positive , smiley, with great vibe. The food was very delicious, breakfast and alakart. There is also a parking where you can park your car for 10 euro per day.
the room was super small, and I could hear all the neighbors what they are doing …felt like the neighbors were sitting in our room …
