Location, breakfast buffet, large room.
Small car park making it difficult to park. The gate should be enlarged. No kettle in the room for a tea or a coffee. Specific mention should be written concerning the access for disabled people (stairs to the hall, stairs to the check in office before reaching the lift to access the rooms).

Bathroom water was too softened (hard to rinse any soap or shampoo!) Breakfast time starting a little late for a business trip.

Near the sea for pleasant walks. Also close to Keukenhof.
Parking spaces were limited to 10. They gave a parking sticker, but apparently more than 10 or they didn't explain the rules to everyone (that without a sticker you can't park). As a result, parking was a nightmare every evening. To be fair, I must say that they still found us a parking space. But we were left with a bad feeling because some of the hotel guests were very rude when parking.

Nice hotel, close to the beach. It came with a small breakfast and in the -1 floor you have a play room. We were able to park 400 meter from the hotel for 2.5 euro which was nice
