Exceptional
Superb location and exceptionally friendly staff made the stay very enjoyable. Great value for money, a very good breakfast, and special thanks to Kyra, who was especially kind and helpful throughout.
The entrance only had stairs, which made stroller access a bit difficult.

Loved how easy it was to check in, loved the self served bar
Pillows are a bit on the hard side, hotel style, and I personally prefer a softer pillow. There was no TV in the room, which was okay, but we spent an afternoon in and it would have been nice to be able to stream netflix or something. So, if you want a TV, not the best choice

The decor is minimalistic and clean. The breakfast was good. The coffee in the communal area is very good.
The room is so small, one knocks against the bathroom door when it is open. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, not even a glass for water. There is no air con.

The ladies on reception were very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional - varied and beautifully presented. Recommended for staying whilst visiting Keukenhof.

The position, the staff and the facilities were fantastic
Parking, prepare to walk quite a distance to the parking site, which is in fact the town main parking lot. Twin beds are a bit small for the bigger/taller person

Disappointing
We liked the location of the hotel. We wanted to see the parade and it was right across the street. The beach was right across the street and close to shipping streets. Very friendly staff.
The beds were so hard to sleep on. The walls were paper thin you could hear everything going on in the rooms next and above. When we booked the reservation the parking appeared as free and close. It was a good ten min walk and six euros a night. The conversion ended up being 1650 for this little tiny room for 6 days and it just wasn't worth it.

Excellent location, close to the sea, also nearby there are shops, cafes, parking, everything you need for a great holiday. Breakfasts are very tasty and varied. Everything is thought out and provided in the room. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, it was not taken into account that cash payment was indicated during the booking and the funds were automatically debited from the card upon check-in.
