Pretty, clean, well maintained hotel in a wooded and rural part of the country with half a dozen great biking trails right from the hotel.
Like most Dutch hotels, there's no air conditioning in the room and we were there on two extremely hot days. Sleeping was difficult, even with the fan. We chose to eat in the hotel restaurant on our first night. It was sweltering and we waited nearly an hour for our meals fanning one another with an advertising tent while we puzzled over why in the world the large patio was not being used - at least out there the air was moving. When we asked for tap water, we were told only bottled water was available! That is shocking and shameful in a country with very good and plentiful water. Cancelled our reservation for the next night's supper and won't be back.

Central location and fiendly staff
Breakfast was not as good as we expected and very “traditional”. Rooms did not have any airconditioning and our room was very warm. We visited the hotel in a very unusual hot weekend in the Netherlands.

Lovely staff and very helpful even translated the menu as best they could. Lovely decor and easy to get to.
No aircon in rooms, it was very cold but we asked for more blankets and slept very well and warm!
