Wonderful
I really appreciated Joyce’s friendliness and accommodating nature. The studio was well equipped, tidy, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also top notch, just a stone’s throw from the much loved Onze Lieve Vrouweplein.
Sleep can be somewhat disturbed by noisy guests coming in and out of the building, particularly when doors are opened and closed or guests walk up the stairs.

Spacious studio apartment, large windows, lovely view, lovely balcony, attentive staff, the whatsapp chat function is great.
Internet signal was quite weak. A microwave and toaster is needed. Light switches were confusing, some lights didn't work at all, others flickered on and off. Biggest problem was the multiple large spiders living around the front door. They are crawling all around and dropping on you when you open the door. Nobody cleans away the spiderwebs, there are even some in the entrance hall.

Our room was very large and comfortable even though the ceilings were very low which was a problem for my 2m tall husband. The location was excellent, right in the old town.
It all looked very chic and designer but it was a bit form over function. Friendly staff but only on duty until 3pm in the afternoon. No lift to our room on the top level of the hotel, had to get special assistance with our baggage, up and down.
Not real luxuries anywhere, just basic!

I was book one room double, extra large and they give me 2 bed for 2 person and the quality of bed very but very bad, the swimming pool dirty…and the price very high…

Great location in the heart of Maastricht. Nicely designed and stylish room. Comfortable bed.
Was very good. Just needed a few minor tweaks such as more choice in pillows and more places to hang one’s towels. Also if you message staff online, you might get an AI that can misinform you - I think they should be more transparent about the fact that it’s not a real person answering.

The location is great, in the old center near the river. The studio had a river view. The room was clean, towels, soap and coffee were provided. Checking in was flexible. The beds were good and it was silent at night. There is a parking garage nearby, costs round €35 per day.
The hotel is not serving breakfast. There are soms restaurants in the neighbourhood, serving breakfast from 9:00 in the morning. We slept at the 3th floor, when you are over 1.85m you cannot stand up straight everywhere. My parents rented the studio, which was super, but definitely needs a new pan for baking. ;-)

Wonderful
Amazing location, really in the city center and close to everything, but still in a quiet street. The swimming pool was very pleasant and warmer than we expected. The room was spacious and it had a working A/C that could go down to 16 degrees! Very rare in this country. The staff replied through chat to any questions we had in a very prompt matter.
Since there isn't staff during the whole day at the reception, it's not very convenient to drop off baggage and come pick it up later on checkout day.

Beautiful apartment in a separate building to the main hotel. Very spacious with high ceilings a d a wonderful private garden outside
I was confused by the fact that I couldn’t check in until 3pm - which was also the time the reception closed?
I was further confused by the fact that my room was in a completely different building and I had to drag my luggage over the cobblestones to get there with a funny little map.
I think it would be a good idea to mention all this on the website….
I loved the apartment I was given but feel it would benefit from some hooks in the bathroom and also something to put shampoo and soap in when showering… i had to put them on the floor.
