I love the breakfast at Social Hub, the size of the bed, the location, the gym and the ambience,
I am a repeat client. Two issues I wish to observe: There is a gadget installed in the shower to track the amount of water usage. Perhaps as the client wants. The bathroom was not cleaned, and the towels were not changed daily.

Close to centre. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and helpful staff.

Reception check-in experience (room wasn't ready, an employee tried to convince me that 'check-in from 15:00 doesn't guarantee room is available starting from that time'), noisy party on my floor throughout the only night I stayed there

Hotel did not respond to a message I sent them enquiring about parking and dropping off my luggage until my room was ready. When I arrived I was told their storage room was full and at 2:51pm I was told that despite the published 3:00 check in time, my room would not be ready for another 30 minutes ! Finally got in the room at 3:30 and a quick check of the room found the tv didn’t work. Called down and they sent a technician who ultimately discovered the problem was a blown fuse elsewhere. Not the type of start to our stay that I would have hoped for !!!

No fridge in the room. The water pressure is so low and the flow is too small. The room was not carefully cleaned for one or two days. Also encountered issues when checking out, had to solve it for 30 mins.
