Lovely hotel and room, friendly and helpful staff, and great facilities and breakfast. Car parking very close and easy access to town.

Friendly, convenient to work with collagues
About 8 month ago I found the place ha degraded in terms of cleanliness. I even changed a room because of a dirty bathroom. We got another room which had a bush of hair in the shower… Did not go there since. Good to experience this time they are back to their old standard!

We liked that the hotel was centrally located. We arrived late and did our own check in which went easy. The next morning, we slept in a little and arrived at breakfast right as they were closing up, but the staff was very kind and still allowed us to have some pastries, coffee and juice. We really enjoyed our time in Maastricht even with-it being King's Day and there being a big party and so busy. It was cool to see everyone celebrating a leader worth celebrating.
It was a little spendy. We also wish that someone had explained how the laundry worked. We accidently took someone else's washer because we didn't realize that we needed to use the app. The gentleman was very nice about it, but knowing would have helped us not cause a problem.

It was absolutely a blast for us!! Everything was super nice, a lovely building with a historic story. We loved the amenities, small touches, snacks!

The location+rooms nice
I stayed in social hub probably more than 10 times. It is usually a very good location and they are pretty good stuff that you can do within the hotel such as games roof bar pool table… however my recent stay I went downstairs and common area the place that I probably sat so many times during past times this time I open my computer as I always do and was trying to work on my work and one of the staff came up to me and said that it is not allowed to open my computer here I was really taking it back because I did this so many times anyways I change locations I went to another table. After 10 minutes, a friend joined me who was staying with me in the hotel and I packed him his breakfast that morning because he had a busy morning and I gave it to him and he well he was eating this worker I don’t know her name Natasza or natalie (i am pretty sure she was trying to do her job but still) came up to us and told us that it is not allowed to eat here if it’s not something from the restaurant. But we couldn’t understand her so we asked her again and she gave us a little bit of attitude so the lunch that I picked for him went bad and he was very hungry. The stay was nice, but I think the workers can be more nice and flexible when it comes to enjoying the common places

Very welcoming. Nice freebies, drink on arrival, laundry, WiFi, drink from the cafe, gym, brownies at reception. Large room. Nice bathroom with good toiletries. Secure with use of keycards to access lifts and corridor. Good breakfast with plenty of options. Nice bar and restaurant on the roof terrace. Very happy/friendly staff throughout. Parking is next door. Only a short walk to the old city centre.
The scrambled eggs. They were harder than the bacon which was crispy.

the bed was so unbelievably comfortable - everyone in our family said they had a fantastic sleep. The shower room was good and the in-room facilities good. The rooftop bar was excellent - we loved the vibe, views and food and drink. Staff excellent at all times. Could easily have stayed more days if work not in the way!
Would have loved a fridge in the room for drinks - cold water is so much nicer. Rooftop bar - was so busy we were told not not be served on the Saturday night (non-residents can access it). Think residents should always be served there - it is part of the stay. Outside guests should be limited.
