The room of this hotel is not the type of apartment. But l received a room key and building, so I can get in and out without the hotel staffs. Very convenient for me. Of course the location is good. They kept my luggage before and after check.
No Baggage Rack and heavy door in the room.

The staff was — although mostly not Dutch speaking — very friendly. Check in was quick, and it was nice that there was an additional option for parking, although it was at quite the hefty fee of €18. There is a coffee bar that is open 24/7 and can be used free of charge. Upon arrival, we were offered a free glass of Cava and a cup of tomato soup.
Parking was a bit expensive. The hotel did not seem to have any other facilities.

Our stay at Townhouse Apartments was made very special with the hospitality and kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the apartment and overall fantastic service provided. The staff went over we above to make me feel super special when they realised it was my birthday. This gesture was greatly appreciated.

The drain in the hand basin was really smelly and the dishwasher brush was well passed its function best and needs replacing.

Quite close to the city center and friendly staff
The main hotel was on the other side of the street, also the spa which made it not that convenient. The spa also felt quite dirty, as well as our bathroom.

Got really a really nice room(much appreciated upgrade). Perfect location near trainstation, city centre short but beautiful walk. Friendly and helpful staff. The downstairs area is a great relaxing place with free coffee/tea and small snacks and fruit. Everything smells nice too. Toilet floor was not cleaned well when i arrived. I asked them to clean it. They mistaken cleaner room next to me. Asked again, the employee came to clean it straight away. But mentioned the p** stain was part of the tiles. So looks dirty but isn't..

The hotel is at a very central location (only a few steps from the central train station), and very easy to reach if arriving by train or bus. The neighbourhood where it is located is quiet and safe. The room we stayed in (a family apartment) was clean and tidy, and very comfortable for a group of three. The staff at the reception desk was always polite and happy to help. I would gladly stay there again, in case of a future visit to Maastricht.

Good location next to the train station.
We checked in late at night, the room was cold and the heating non functional. After some tries to get the heating working we were finally moved to another room with heating (except for the bathroom). At the check out, the receptionist showed no courtesy for this detail. Overall, not a hospital experience. Except for the location, I would not recommend this hotel.
