Comfy enough bed.
I arrived at 21.20 and the kitchen was shut at 21.00. For a supposedly high class hotel this was surprising and annoying. The light in my bathroom was faulty and it couldn’t be fixed cos the technician had also gone.

Good value and comfortable room with easy parking. Staff all friendly, courteous and helpful.
Bizzare that the main hotel restaurant kitchen was closed by 9pm, at least 10-10:30 pm to allow guest arriving the the chance to eat. Nothing really available otherwise nearby. TV in the room but many channels not working

The staff was helpful
1. I reserved a room with large bed. What I got was 2 beds. Apparently what I reserved wasn't available 2. The air condition didn't work in my room. I had to ask to switch rooms 3. The WiFi didn't work in the room. The staff wasn't able to fix that, so I had to go down to the lobby in order to use my laptop.

The hotel room was comfy and big enough. Stay met the expectations. Personal was very friendly and helpful!
The bathroom equipment was quite old, and there weren't many shelves for personal items. Breakfast was every day the same. I would expect more food options.

comfy large room, very nice bed - location next to a nice park ideal if you are travelling with dogs :) nice restaurant or bar for a late night drink or snack :) nice safe parking in front of hotel and overall easy access by car
hmmm, very small tv squished in between the closets - room design could be better; the kettle in our room was not working :( and the faucet of the shower needed replacement and was about to break off; no nice extras in the bathroom like body cream and cheap towels (for a 4 star hotel ??); rooms at the back face the highway so with the window open a lot of noise.

Exceptionally great service! Usually don’t get personal service in big hotels but now I felt really taken care of. Not too long walking distance from the old city, big room, dinner + snacks and drinks available, good breakfast.
