Good location for my trip purposes
The air conditioner was very loud, and the room was quite dusty. The floor lamp was held together with tape, the curtains were partially detached, and the bin had a broken lid and no bag inside. However, after I spoke to the reception manager, a maintenance technician came and fixed almost everything.

A lot of space around the bed and a good desc to work. Very good breakfast. Nice SPA and Fitness
-The cost to park the car is 21 Euros for the night. This is a high price when there are no conference -Would prefer a shower unit than a bath with the risk to fall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and featured a huge, comfortable bed. It was equipped with a large desk perfect for working, a kettle, and a capsule coffee machine with free capsules, as well as a complimentary bottle of water. The thick blackout curtains on the windows completely blocked out the morning light, ensuring a peaceful rest in a very quiet area. The hotel's amenities are excellent: the building has elevators, they offer sufficient toiletries, and there is a luggage storage service available. I also loved the welcoming touch of fruit-infused water at the entrance. Location-wise, it is very conveniently close to the train station.
On the downside, the price is on the higher side, though to be fair, it aligns with what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. It is also a bit far from the historic center of Maastricht, but it is still completely walkable (about 2.6 km).

Friends staying at this hotel recommended it, but our experience was terrible. Upon check-in, we were never told the A/C was broken. When I asked about it, the night clerk was extremely rude and aggressive, telling me "that's what there is" and pointing out a fan in the closet. Because we booked through Booking.com, we couldn't cancel our second night late at night. The way I was treated was completely unacceptable. On a positive note, the young man at check-out was polite, expressed genuine surprise at the situation, and assured me he would pass the feedback to his manager. However, the overall service was very disappointing.

There is a restaurant and a mini supermarket inside, which is convenient. The beds were comfortable, the area is quiet.
There is no air conditioning in the basic rooms. This was not explicitly stated when I booked and it was very disappointing when we arrived, in a 30+ degrees day and our room was like a sauna. There is a small ventilator available but it was just not enough in this heat.

It was very comfortable bed. Big. All facilities available.
The breakfast is 50% for a 3 year old. My child barely eats so i find it unfair to charge toddlers. The hotel is NH but not run by NH according to their disclamair in the hotel area.

I like that it’s well connected with public transport to the centre of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty.
I would have liked to have the prices for parking beforehand. In the Booking app it looked like it was included in the price and it was a surprise that it was paid. The sauna is nice but it’s not well indicated how to get there. In addition, I guess due to economic and environmental reasons it’s not ready to use so you should go there 15-20 minutes in advance to press the buttons and make it ready.
