Wonderful
The very friendly staff and the spacious room. The small bar, which is always open and exclusively for guests, is very cosy. It’s also lovely that soup, fruit, chilled drinks and the occasional sweet treat are available to all guests. Thank you very much for that!
People would sometimes gather in the courtyard behind my room, even at night. They were noisy, and as the courtyard has a loud echo, I could hear them clearly in my room even with the windows closed.

Very central location with the river one side and the main square the other side. Lovely welcoming staff who offered us soup on arrival at 8pm. The room was comfortable and a good size, lovely comfy bed . Breakfast was in a good sized room with plenty of choices to eat. Would recommend

Easy and quick check-in and -out, very decent breakfast, super location, friendly and helpful staff
Rather unflexible happy-hour, coffee in the room was not fantastic, the lighting in the corridor was rather gloomy, windows can't be opened, room was very cold on arrival

Amazing location within a minutes walk of main square. Very welcoming staff - pointed out water available at Reception, plus fruit, pastries and even soup. Nice lobby / bar area - bar good for late drink at night. Reception staff very knowledgeable and helpful re train journeys onwards etc and ordering us a taxi to the station when leaving. Breakfast room is lovely - bright and well laid out with a good selection of food / drinks. Our room was very comfortable.

Location. Amenities and inhouse cinema option. Attention for sustainability.
Bathroom soap dispensers could be cleaned better.
Next room guests with screaming baby woke me up at night and early morning. Loud guests in corridors coming back at night.
