Food was good.
Management was deceitful. It over charged after lying to booking dot com that we were "no show" then it booked us into a 4th class room after promising us a garden view room---our window looked directly into all the ventilation and heating duct assemblies for entire hotel.
A very small, small room. Only window looked directly into entire ventilation and heating duct work for hotel. We were promised a "garden view". Manager/owner lied to booking dot com thst we were "a no show" then booked us in telling us it could have given us a better price had we come to the hotel "leading us to believe we'd have at least as good price as booking dot com was charging. "Booking dot "was at that same time charging $105 per night" yet we believe the hotel xharged us close $273 per night including taxes and fees"!

Wonderful
Great location just outside of Maastricht centre with easy 10 minute bus ride into town. Free off-road parking & use of secure garage to park our motorbikes. Comfortable hotel with nice bar & restaurant area, friendly staff.
Good breakfast.
Room on front can be a little noisy with traffic when windows are open.

I liked the location because it is close to the bus to the centrum. The staff is very nice and polite.
They are very helpful. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing.
The service was very good
The room is very clean.
I had a room close to the road so it was a little noisy at night but not all night.
I think that the mattress needs replacement.

The room was great and it is in an amazing location - easy to use the public transportation.
It was extremely hot due to a heat wave and a small refrigerator in the room would have made the heat a bit more bearable since there is no aircon in the room (only a fan).

Breakfast was minimal and boring. Coffee was very strong and bitter and undrinkable. I would rather have access to a coffee machine so I can have two or three mediocre drinks served.

This hotel is in a good location to explore the beautiful city of Maastricht, there is a great bus service if you don’t want use a car.The staff were professional and helpful.

Wonderful
Very nice greeting on arrival from the very helpful and friendly staff. Nice big room, thankfully with a cooling fan as it was very hot. Very nice outdoor seating area where we had a couple of drinks and a lovely evening meal. Good breakfast and we also made use of one of their private parking garages for our soft top car so it had a break from the hot weather (8.50 euros so well worth it). Very enjoyable stay even though it was only 1 night. There are regular buses from close to the hotel that go to Maastricht Central Station so it's easy to get into the city.
Nothing worth mentioning.
