The room was superb - quiet, large, very comfortable with a fridge, modern great shower, lots of space to work, and secure. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Nothing - this place was totally worth the money.

Room and facilities where ok. Staff pleasant.
Hotel is next to a bar/disco. We where shaking in the bed due to the loud music. Don't expect any sleep until after midnight. Alot of patchwork was clearly visible. Not the finest standards of detail. Not visiting again.

Good location, nicely designed rooms, nice breakfast
You have to walk though a busy bar/restaurant, no hotel facilities just rooms above a restaurant, for the money (€500) we expected a lot more. The ‘suite’ was only a larger room so the toilet, bathing, sitting, sleeping was all in a space together. Would be a nice place for around €150/200 but for the price not at all.

Beautiful cosy yet luxurious and stylish boutique style hotel with very friendly staff on the best square of Maastricht. It felt personal and intimate yet had the allure of a big design hotel all in one. The junior suite was beautifully designed and spacious yet never felt cold or impersonal. The bath in the room was a godsend and the view on the square breathtaking. No outside noise as window glass was double sided.
No elevator but staff made quick work of our bags and delivered them upstairs for us

We had the junior suite #4. It had a great view of the square and was a very nice room. The breakfast was great! We had the classic breakfast and really enjoyed it. The staff were all very professional and friendly.

Location and room size.
Great location but noisy until 2am not a great stay for people who go to bed earlier. Food and service slow very basic. There were two welcome drinks - we were unable to get these. We had dinner and drinks were in bill from dinner. When we asked for these to be taken off bill they said they couldn’t as it was in prior days takings.

The location is smack dab in the middle of Maastricht so you could not be more central even if you tried. The staff was friendly and they served us a welcome drink upon arrival on the lovely terrace. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I think one of the highlights was the lovely breakfast. Would definitely come back here.
Even though we knew what we were getting ourselves into, I am not a fain of those sliding bathroom doors that are transparent. Some things should remain a mystery in life. Toilet time is one of those things. :)

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful as was the bath in general. The supplemental heat/ac unit worked well to keep the room comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again.
Storage for clothing was limited. I have hearing aids that are recharged each evening via a USB charger, and it would have been helpful for USB outlets (or a wall outlet for an adapter) could be available near the bed. Bedside alarm clocks offer USB charging ports. These are minor issues offered as helpful suggestions. The staircase to the room is steep and difficult for older folks to navigate. The staff was very, very helpful with luggage so there was no need to deal with suitcases on the staircase.
