Nice big room on the top floor with comfortable chairs and convenient tables. Quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows. We appreciated the air conditioning. Wonderful staff. We loved our 3-night stay!
The shower in the bathtub is a little perilous but very adequate.

Best hotel in Masstricht. The staff are super helpful and the apartment we booked exceeded our expectations and had a fully equipped kitchen which was great for the kids. The AC also was good and the location is perfect as its walking distance to all the major spots.

Location good, staff excellent. Air con brilliant as weather was extremely hot. Beds comfortable.
Given third floor ‘loft’ room when booked deluxe room, very dark. Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of over the bath shower.

The location is great, right in the middle of the center

The single room is an abomination, TINY. I barely fit in the bed!!! When I opened the door I was shocked.
I think you have to be incredibly shameless to put this room up for 240 euros a night. I know we live in capitalism etc but dont be shameless!!! This room and hotel was worth 40euro MAXIMUM. If its a busy time make it 80 euro but 240??? This is disgusting.

Hotel was great. We had a big delay getting to the hotel because of a cancellation on Eurostar. We did not arrive until 11.45pm but we kept in touch with the hotel by email and phone. They were great. The restaurant at the hotel is absolutely first rate. Beautiful food, beautiful room and great staff.
Regrettably, it was extremely hot weather but there was not air conditioning or a fan in our double room. There was an air conditioning unit in my elderly mother-in-law's single room which was great for her.
