We really like the location. Hotel is situated in really nice area, we had lovely walks with our dog. Hotel is close to the city center (few minutes with car or even option to cycle). Breakfast was delicious. Our room was on the 4th floor. Beds were comfy. Really nice was little present for our dog and bed ready for him.

the room and location is very nice nice to walk peaceful!
No coffee tea maker in room most hotels have this standard in room 1 small bottle of water for two persons was available.
The breakfast was nice expect the scrambled eggs found the taste not so good they tasted very different than the eggs served at other hotels. Otherwise the breakfast was excellent!

They accept dogs and the staff in the restaurant was extremely nice, specially the Spanish waitress.
The room had some signs of wear, which I understand was a room they gave us based on having a dog with us. The bathroom is small, and the sink is in the middle of the corridor by the entrance, which could be uncomfortable for some people. They charged us for the dog but wont provide a bowl for water or similar. We had to request for it.

Exceptional hospitality, the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Comfy beads, nice ambiance, lovely walking trails around the hotel. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Too much perfume used in the room. It was too strong for someone with sensitivity to scents. Bed was not comfortable. Price/quality was out of balance

The location is super nice. Breakfast was also good. We were allowed to stay with the dog and take her to the breakfast which is nice.
The room should be definitely renovated. The walls and furniture is full of scratches, weird stains etc. There are no slippers in the rooms and its not really nice to walk if you are not sure about the cleaning. The curtains had disgusting stains on them as well. The dog’s bed that hotel offers should be thrown away and replaced. The dog’s stay costs 25 euros. I am very disappointed about the quality and the standard of the room.

The parking was absolutely ridiculous. I managed to stay in a loading area only because it was Sunday then had to find a parking spot two blocks away in the early morning and lucked out the meter was broken. Don’t advertise parking you doubt have.

Beautiful property! Absolutely gorgeous externally and the lobby is very nice.
The room was fine, but nothing to write home about. The rest of the hotel is quite impressive, but the rooms could use some attention.

It was not clear that breakfast was already paid with the booking. And also not clear that €19,95 for per person or both guests.
It would be better if all these things are included and paid beforehand, instead of going to the location and be surprised by these extra charges

Wonderful
Very beautiful and very calm place. A bit far from city but still good. The place is very clean and cozy. Very nice garden around the hotel. Staff is ver nice and cooperative. Special thanks to Meisei and Sanne for their cordial gesture and kindness. They were really very helpful and professional staff which compliments the hotel and makes the best place to stay in Maastricht. I will definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.
