excellent location - right in the city center with good parking garrages available nearby. The check was smooth and digital keys worked very well. We did not take the breakfast as we wanted to enjoy the city wibe but the room had good aminities. Loved how doors have been transformed into heads for beds
The TV was really small (reminded me of the screen from The Office :D) There was no way to steam on it. The internet was not strong most of the time. The bathroom door knob was broken.

The older lady who assisted us at check-in was incredibly kind, and she continued to check in on us throughout our stay, which made us feel very cared for. Since I didn’t have an eSIM with calling capability, I had some difficulty making calls. When I mentioned this, she kindly offered to let me use her own phone, which was a huge help. When I asked about renting a bicycle, she even arranged one for us through a local rental shop she knew, which I really appreciated. Thanks to her warm and thoughtful hospitality, we were able to enjoy our stay with great peace of mind.
One downside was the coffee from the coffee machine. When I made a cup, it had a noticeably dusty smell. I’m not sure whether it was due to the coffee itself or if the machine hadn’t been cleaned properly, but it made it difficult to enjoy.

Nothing in the room was working. The safe was jammed, the coffee machine wasn’t working, the water dispenser wasn’t working, and the air conditioner was making a noise; it was positioned right next to the bed and there was no way to adjust the airflow.

The style, the character of the hotel, its location, furniture. Attention to the details - the stuff provided the foam and salt of the bath - it was so relaxing to use them after the whole day of walking. Also the stuff itself were helpful and friendly.
I paid 200 euros for 1 night - I still liked it a lot, yet, there were small things in the hotel and the room that felt and looked negligible like “these tourists will pay anyway as they need to stay somewhere”. For instance, the curtains had holes, the walls had dirt, the shower gel holders were rusty, the door holder to the bathroom was falling off :) It did not make my stay bad, it is just 200 euros per night is a decent money - the stuff could do better :)

Great location, beautiful romantic old building, nicely decorated. The garden wasn't used at this time of year, I can imagine the room to be a bit noisy when the terrace is in use.
A bit outdated, basic beds, bathroom. But everything worked.

The check-in process was not very clear to us, but we managed The room was a little worn-out Breakfast would be 22 Euros per person. That is insane! We would spend more on breakfast, than on the room...so we skipped that "option"
