Amazing and beautiful hotel with great staff and services, beautiful rooms and superb a la carte breakfast in a Michelin guide's restaurant downstairs. Location is great, it is in walking distance both to the city center and the central train station, in a more peaceful area but still with some great restaurants and nice shops around.

Nice vibes and comfortable rooms in a beautiful neighborhood.
They advertise that there is parking with EV chargers available, but the parking was "full". We only found out that we had to make a reservation after we arrived, we were sent to a parking that didn't have EV chargers and, eventually, we had to drive around the city to find a place to charge...

The location was great, it was close to the train station which made it very comfortable at arrival and when leaving, and it was walking distance from most things of interest to us. The hotel was lovely, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as the room was already cleaned and available. The room had a large, comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a shower with amazing water pressure. The food at Harry's, the restaurant, was delicious. The only minor inconvenience we had was that we needed a USB port to charge our phones as we didn't have a plug but there wasn't one.

Comfy bed, great location.
The photos in the Deluxe room indicated a bathroom with lots of light and space around the bathtub, when in reality the bathroom had no windows at all.

Really quirky and well thought out decor. Location is great and room was so comfortable and spacious. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Shame we only had one night, we would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again in Baden Baden.
The only minor thing would be that the only hot food available at breakfast was eggs. Other than that the buffet was really good.

The staff at the reception were wonderful incredibly helpful with restaurant suggestions and solving logistical nightmares like repeatedly cancelled trains.They were calm snd efficient in solving the dilemna and I got home to Paris in good time
