The front desk staff was extremely helpful the evening I had a serious problem with my cell phone, especially the woman with the dark hair, glasses and joyful laugh.

Great location, 2 mins walk from the centre. Staff really nice and friendly and helpful always. Room was clean it’s just it’s old and not 4* standards.
Smell around reception lounge area. Very loud at night people coming back from parties. Two lights were broken in the room. View of the courtyard was not the best. Breakfast was very simple and croissants were definitely from previous day. Definitely not a 4*. I would say poor 3*

It was in a good location , nearby to all major spots.
I requested a free cot via booking.com and then also later called the property about it before arrival but there was no cot provided. They also didn’t communicate availability. A yes or no or some clarity would’ve helped. Also it said that I would pay at the property , but money was deducted instantly after booking.

Inflated prices for quite an ordinary hotel because of TEFAF which isn't surprising so I really can't complain.

Nice people works there; Location in the center.
The bathroom was quite dirty, fungus on the walls in the corners; Sound insulation doesn’t exist there, very loud the whole night, wake up multiple times because people were just talking in the room above or in the corridor; Towels left unchanged during 2 nights of stay; The soap and shower gel was only for 1 night and no extra was added; Pillows too high, not comfortable; Coffee and thee was in the room only for one day and it turns out that we have to pay if we want to make some more downstairs; Heating only with AC, and it’s pretty loud at night; On the first morning fruits and bread was not fresh, second morning it was ok. They put the baby cod but no blanket;
