While the location was perfect for exploring the city, you can definitely hear the party crowd outside on Saturday night. That is to be expected, though!

I stayed here with a friend to attend a concert. The hotel staff were very welcoming upon arrival, and would say hello and goodbye whenever we left which was a nice touch. One of the nights I got back to the hotel in a bit of a state after a few too many drinks, but the hotel staff were very nice to me and asked the following day if I was alright which was very kind of them! The hotel is located in the city centre, it was a short walk from the train station, maybe 15mins, but the walk is a very pleasant one. I did not get to try the breakfast in the hotel so I cannot comment on that, but the room was spacious and clean on arrival... ...which was due to the hotel very kindly upgrading our twin room on arrival. The bathroom was very large and a powerful shower. No complaints with the room or staff!
The hotel had a minor problem with the elevator while we were there, as there was an issue with one of the stops, but you could still use it to get to your floor. There was also a fault one of the days. While it wasn't a problem for me and my friend, it could possibly be something to consider or request if you require an elevator to get up and down stairs. I would be positive that the hotel could accommodate you for a ground floor room.

very central and close to venues shops and cafes and eateries , low in traffic .Loads of supermarkets and take aways near buy . Hotel reception staff first class for customer service .The room was clean and comfortable and had air conditioning which we welcomed .

It assumes a 4 stars hotel, but it was not a small Frigo( refrigerator) in hot days of August!!

I stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious and it had all the essential amenities that you expect in a hotel room. There was also a towel warmer and iron was provided upon request. The location was superb. It's located right at the city center, just next to the main square, and my room was overlooking the square. The breakfast was also very good and I enjoyed it very much.
There is a lift, but the lift does not go to the upper most floor where my room was located. Hence, we had to take the lift and then climb 1 floor up using stair. That's quite troublesome to carry all the luggages using stairs. At weekend, it's not quite at night because you can hear sounds from a bar nearby.
