Very Good
We picked this hotel mainly for the easy parking and the bus station right next door. It’s family run, and the hosts are genuinely warm and welcoming, made a difference. There was a honest mixup with our payment, but they handled it quickly. Delicious food and very reasonably priced at the on site restaurant. The room is simple but does the job well. For a couple, it had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Traffic noise but not a big deal for us.

Wonderful
We came to see the tulips. The bus stop and bike rentals were outside the front door. Rented a biked and parked at Keukenhof Gardens about 15 minutes down the road. After our visit biked around the tulip fields and to the beach. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Everything was easy!

Room was functional. Breakfast was very good.
Internet on 1st evening and last morning were good. On the full day we were there, the internet was horrible - kept getting disconnected. The room was on the small side and there was only one place for someone to sit comfortably.

Staff was exceptionally friendly. Room was clean but basic. Parking was easy. Shower was excellent.
Heating controls lacked explaination. View was literally a brick wall.

It is directly in front of the bus station, the workers were very friendly and they have a cute restaurant!
The room smelled a bit like someone had been smoking there before (non smoking room) and i was a bit cold

The rooms were extremely clean. The staff was wonderfully friendly and extremely accommodating. The definitely kept the reputation of Holland people alive! Love visiting the Netherlands and never have a bad experience. The hotel is HIGHLY recommendable. Would definitely book with them again.
I didn't have enough time to enjoy everything the hotel or the area had to offer. That was obviously on my part. The only thing that I would recommend the hotel to change is to get rid of the carpet on the tables where food and drinks are served to be able to clean properly. Other than that, wonderful establishment

The staff greeted us warmly with a coffee and were able to provide early check in. The location was perfect for cycling nearby tulip fields. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was able to recommend a wonderful restaurant for lunch near a lake on our cycling route.
Our bed was near the road and the bed could be updated with a more comfy mattress.

THe room was a bit tight. Breakfast was great but basic. Restaurtant had a good vibe with different options for seating either old style or mor modern. Nice to have a good reataurant at your accommodation Very tight spiral stairs up to our apartment. No elevator. Unfortunately we had a lot of luggage as the was a stop over returning home after a long trip.
An awning of some sort of coverage over the patio to ward of the afternoon sun.

Wonderful
Karin and Peter were extremely nice and offered many good tips on local places to visit, bike trips to explore. They also held onto my luggage between my checkout and afternoon departure and also assisted me receiving and returning the e-bike I rented. Lovely people who made my stay extra special.

Everything was perfect. Nice cosy place , loads of tulip fields nearby. The staff was friendly, the room was quiet, spacious enough and clean .. comfortable bed , very good breakfast was included . I also had some dinners at the restaurant and all the food was amazing. Keukenhoff gardens are not far from the place.

The property is conveniently located near a few attractions, which is a positive aspect.
However, the check in experience at Bar in the evening was too loud with drunken folks around, you wouldn’t feel like you’re checking in an hotel. Some drunken group even made some vulgar comments in the local language late at night when having a welcome drink, which I didn’t like. The standards in terms of cleanliness and overall quality of stay did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place for a family stay. I apologize if this comes across as negative, but I wanted to share my honest opinion based on my experience.

Breakfast buffet style as it was tulip season (keukenhof) and was excellent. It also offered meals and drinks in restaurant in evening which was really good after a hard day of walking . Location excellent. Near keukenhof could walk or bus outside the hotel.
We had the misconception of the word hotel. It is a separate building next to the restaurant with quite steep spiral stairs. This wasn’t a problem you check in at the restaurant and it was quiet in the accommodation part.
