Apartment was clean and good in state
It was an hotel apartment with kitchen but 0 appliances were available there. We booked it through booking.com for an expensiver price than other hotels options we saw. Online was wel mentioned thats with Wellness.but At the reception, we have to pay for Wellnes per day 25,-, and by arrival at hotel we got to knew the culture of this hotel is that at every step we had to pay extra charges for everything we needed. Plus there is 0 entertainment or activity for kids. 0 for that! I have breath issues and cannot tolerate too high and 24x7 heating.... temperatire was too dry of this apartment and no possibility to turn off heater \ floor heater . I requested the rwception but no change.

Spacious, clean two bedroom apartment. Location excellent to explore cities like Veere and Middelburg and enjoy the seashore. Reasonable price with breakfast included. Comfortable beds and bathroom, including a bath.
The rooms were warm and the window in the bedrooms could not be opened. No smart TV/streaming function available

The breakfast was very good, the underground parking with art was interesting…the welness facilities and the location near the beach are nice , our room was clean with big spaces dubble bed was good the bathroom was very clean and spacious
The dark red light entrance and walk through the hall and breakfast corner i found a bit strange..and there was no decoration in the room. We are surprised there was a kitchen with nothing inside … no glasses or cups, no plates ..it felt a bit strange in how the space was divided, the small room with two single beds felt crammed the coziness and decoration from downstairs was missing in the rooms … u can tell the outdoor terrace is rundown and needs dome fixing at the water ponds

good rooms although a bit dated, curtains almost falling off, heating set to 24 degrees
blonde lady at the frontline staff treated my girlfriend like a criminal when she didn't pay for a massage extention right away and wanted it tot be booked to the room. The massage itself was already paid for, we are talking about 15 euro. We left during the evening - obviously paid the 15 euro - and will not return.

Only the bedroom is nice
The staffs couldn’t communicate and inform us about the wellness . If we know from the beginning we will not enter the wellness that you still have to pay for everything. All they care is about is money, and not a pleasure to come back here anymore. Late checkout also charge us €25 more because 1 hour late . Customer service is bad in general of miscommunication!!

Thre breakfast was really good, as well the clean room
The lack of ac in the rooms. When we went to the spa, we ware approached by a staff member to inform us about the ritual from their sauna. Sadly, this conversation left my partner and myself very uncomftable, at the end of this conversation he even blinked at my partner who was by far the youngest girl in the spa.
