1) Staff was friendly
2) ambietente is good
3) Food is decent enough
4) Building and facilities are well maintained

1) No idea why room service couldn't bring dinner to my room. The restaurant wasn't full, the reception wasn't busy, and the service staff wasn't over capacity
2) Rooms felt too stuffy/cramped (less of a space issue and more of an interior design problem
3) couldn't let down blinds
4) For the price, you should expect the hotel to have a bath and more basich hygene products placed in the bathroom. Perhaps, the hotel provides those on request but I'm used to have an information pamphlet placed on the table for that.
5) Free Wifi was unexcusably poor, even if you want to charge for a premium service, I've seen much better free wifis in countries with much worse broadband infrastructure. Its worse than the free wifi offered by the Deutsche Bahn

Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
It was a bit cold during the night. I noticed that heating system was completely off.

Good location for the bus in to Groningen
A Silly thing but having just one set of paper cups in the room made it difficult to make tea and coffee and cheapened the whole experience- surely a couple of china cups in the room would be easy .

Spacious and with plenty of light flooding each floor with huge glass panels that reach from the bottom floor right to the top. Plenty of free parking. Very friendly staff who were very helpful.
I didn't like that the hotel restaurant closed at 9pm, although I think this is a local 'problem' :)
