We liked the location of this hotel: forest and fresh air. There were no disturbing noises.
Even though in the booking system we wrote that we have two children (16 and 13 year olds are indicated as children in the booking system), we needed to pay more money, because in the hotel up the age of 12 you are not a child, but an adult. We were forced to pay more money, although they could see the information of the ages.

Everyone was very kind, the restaurant and the breakfast very good, the garden very nice, the parking outside very convenient.
The service at the restaurant was a bit slow, but it was full that evening, so that's normal

The owners, Jan en Margreet are fantastic, also their staff. They understand exactly the needs of visitors, they are welcoming and available. They advise you of nice and fancy places in the surroundings. The service of bike rental is great. The breakfast is rich and impressive. We recommend this place for your stay in the Veluwe! For sure we will visit again.
For me the mirror in the bathroom is too high and I would have appreciated a plug near the mirror in the entrance for drying my hair.

The staff was super nice and spoke English. They were extremely helpful with everything I needed help with. The room was cozy and the nature surrounding was pretty. The atmosphere was friendly and I enjoyed it a lot. The included breakfast was definitely satisfying as well. I'm very happy with my stay overall!
The shower leaked water into the floor slighty and the doors didn't keep much sound in or out of the room from the hallway.

We stayed here about 5 years ago. What a transformation since then! Complete refurbishment and modernisation. Superb large room with modern bathroom and walk-in shower. Pleasant garden with patio furniture provided. Breakfast choice is amazing and includes hot food. Evening dinner menu a little limited but nevertheless delicious. All the staff are friendly and helpful. A super rural location with good car parking. Would certainly visit again.

Generous breakfast with many choices showing the hotel’s dedication to sustainability. The grounds within and around the hotel are a delight. We appreciate the secure dry bike storage shelter. Absolutely delicious seasonal white asparagus menu!
An extra full blanket in room would have been nice; we appreciate all the pillows however.
