Best location, not in city center but not far from it, walkable distance to center. Bus available for railway station but also huge parking available

Dedicated parking lot was a huge plus! Easy walk to the main city/town area. Facilities were very clean and staff was friendly.
The beds were a little too firm for our personal preference but that is of course a subjective measurement.

The room was good, the bed excelent and the breakfast very good. The personal is very kind and helpful, and there are a lot of business facilities.
I didn't like the permanent air flow in the room. As long as we have a control panel for HVAC in the room, I did not understood why we cannot stop the air flow by switching off the ventilation. This time we have a room with view to the interior patio, not as well as the last time, when the view it was to IKEA plaza and the city of Delft.

We really enjoyed our stay. Staffs are really helpful and attentive, especially one of the cleaning lady who cleaned our room (Maria) wrote us a farewell note before we checked out. That little effort really showed us the true and sincere way of hospitality. Well done Maria.

The best location for us and little things like free and easy charging for electric car is perfect gesture.
The room wasn't serviced (cleaned) in the 1st night of our stay. This was something we really dislike.

In general I like this hotel a lot. The downstairs lobby bar is a great place to hang out and get some work done, or have a meeting. There's also an upstairs "coworking space" that's quiet. I've never eaten in the restaurant here so can't comment on the food. Location is right off the main highway.
We stayed in a "studio" with a "kitchenette" but that part of the room wasn't well-equipped, especially for the price, compared with alternatives in the area. No hob - just a microwave. Very small refrigerator. No place to actually store food in the cabinets. So this is an OK place for a person who's mostly going to eat out but wants the option to store some breakfast food or eat takeaway food - not for someone who actually intends to prepare their own meals most of the time.

This was my second visit, last time the lady at the front desk, gave me a room with very low and parking lot, so I could not see any Delft views. This visit, they checked my reservation carefully and gave me a better room fit to my reservation. It was very good view of nature and I used the gym to get free training. It was really fun. And the breakfast was alway good!
No free water. Hope to have it in the room even the tap water is OK. Foreigners are not used to drink tap water as soon as they arrived in Holland.
