Excellent location for travelers like us who were looking for an accomodation near express way, just to halt for a night before starting for our next journey. 30 min driving distance from Keukenhof.
I must mention the quality of the bed. After a long time we found a hotel which has so relaxing good quality mattress and bed. Room was very clean.
Breakfast was nice. They have a chinese restaurant, although we did not try it.
At breakfast, you have to prepare your own waffel or pancake at the machine, which was a bit cumbersome job for a non user like me. Except that, the hotel cleaning stuffs can be a bit welcoming.

Very Good
Affordable rate and free parking lot are the biggest advantages of this facility. If you don't like Chinese cuisine, there is also a McDonald's at a walking distance across the street.
The entire facility gives the impression that it's designed only to serve customers from China. The historic city center is not at walking distance.

Pros:
- Although not 60 m², the room was still spacious and comfortable.
- Small kitchen in the room, which was very convenient.
- Both a shower and a bathtub — a great bonus.
- Coffee machine in the room.
- Large and comfortable bed.
- Movable TV, which was a nice touch.
- Good location.
- Free parking.
Cons:
- The breakfast selection and overall quality were very limited and below expectations.
- Following this booking (via Booking.com), my personal data appears to have been leaked. I was contacted twice by scammers who had access to my name, booking details, email address, home address, and phone number. This is extremely concerning.
- The parking area is very narrow and becomes quite challenging in the afternoon when it is full.
- I was explicitly promised that the invoice could be split (which was a deal breaker for me). However, after check-out I was informed that this was not possible.
- The cleaning staff member who approached us at 10:00 regarding check-out was not able to communicate in English or Dutch and did not do so in a particularly friendly manner (check-out is at 11:00!).
- Due to a nearby “race planet”, there were multiple street racers driving around in the evenings and at night with very loud exhausts.
- The room was advertised as 60 m², but it was definitely closer to 40 m².
- City tax was charged separately. On Booking.com, the price was stated as including all taxes and fees, yet the city tax was excluded, resulting in an additional €46 charge.

Nice hotel, close to highway A13. We walked to city center of Delft. Very nice breakfast, a bit crowded on the Sunday morning. Good beds and very friendly staff.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and everything matched the price I paid. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for money and exceeded my expectations overall.

Good size rooms and beds. Quiet day and night. Excellent light- excluding curtains. Good to get a proper little kettle to make a cuppa instead of the lukewarm water foisted on me during my last visit to the Netherlands!
Only slight thing was that the shower-head fixing wasn't tight enough to allow for easy adjustment.
Also I don't like the tourist tax (not the hotel's fault) which is verging on the onerous and made me disinclined to buy the optional breakfast in the hotel's restaurant as I felt it would strain the finances...

Amazing rooms, very beautiful and spacious. The windows across all the wall is gorgeous. Was able to see the storm when we woke up. Liked its proximity to a bus station, McDonalds, a trampoline and golfing activity center, a bike trail to the city and little supermarkets.
The walls are not very soundproof... Also, the doors in the hallways were closed in the morning for some reason which was a bit odd and disorienting.

Lovely staff, very big rooms, comfortable bed, good facilities.
From the room you can hear other rooms. I stayed 3 nights, two of them were very good but one I could not sleep well as I could hear the bathroom upstairs (? Or side room), even the talking on the phone. I guess if no one is booked in a room upstairs (or side) it is perfect, otherwise you hear everything (shower, toilet flush, talking, etc). That was the only down part!
