Very very very bad experience, I will not recommend any body to go there, it's not like in the pictures at all, stuff were not helpful as well, bed were not clean and smelly room t The just finding any way to charge you money.
For 30 minutes late they charge me for the late check-out.and they did not accept to open my room tell I paid.

Good
Spacious hotel with a good size room.
We've stayed before and the hotel is starting to look a little tired. Bike storage to the rear is poor and the car park area is a bit of a mess. Probably too far to walk into Delft centrum.

Good
The room size and comfort.
We stayed here a few years ago and sadly the hotel is starting to look a little tired. Cycle storage could be so much better. Only one member of staff working at breakfast. Quite a distance into Delft centrum.

Wonderful
It's good hotel, not pretending to be high-level. Everything OK, everything worked properly. Free paring.
Location is far from the city, about 3km. Parking is a bit problem in Delft, so I used some taxi service. The problem is that after 10PM it's a real quest to get back to the hotel.

Disappointing
Nice staff and a good Chinese restaurant next to the hotel
Toilet lack of cleaning!
No amenities at all!
No aircondition in the room
Very old and broken bathtub
Not a place to come before massive renovation

We got upgraded to the "studio", which is really spacious with amazing view. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Disappointing
The way staff speaks to us as customers is not normal or customer service focused… We thought that the check out was at 12 so the reception kept calling the room for us to check out. Then some minutes later the reception person knocked at the door and started yelling “security, open the door now” and then started yelling to my husband that we need to leave!! What a bad service I would not recommend coming here at all. I always stay at vander valk let’s stick to that.

Very Good
Excellent location for travelers like us who were looking for an accomodation near express way, just to halt for a night before starting for our next journey. 30 min driving distance from Keukenhof.
I must mention the quality of the bed. After a long time we found a hotel which has so relaxing good quality mattress and bed. Room was very clean.
Breakfast was nice. They have a chinese restaurant, although we did not try it.
At breakfast, you have to prepare your own waffel or pancake at the machine, which was a bit cumbersome job for a non user like me. Except that, the hotel cleaning stuffs can be a bit welcoming.
