Ons verblijf in dit hotel was helaas erg teleurstellend. De locatie is uitstekend en de medewerkster achter de bar was bijzonder vriendelijk en gastvrij. Dat zijn echter ook de enige positieve punten.
Ons verblijf in dit hotel was helaas erg teleurstellend. De kamer liet veel te wensen over. De vloerbedekking was niet alleen ontzettend vies, maar ook op meerdere plekken beschadigd. Het voelde zelfs onprettig om er op blote voeten overheen te lopen. Ook de zitbank op de kamer was zo vervuild dat we er liever niet op gingen zitten. Daarnaast was het schuifraam defect. Het bleef niet openstaan en in plaats van dit te repareren, was er een houten klos neergelegd die tussen het raam geklemd moest worden. Dat oogt niet alleen amateuristisch, maar voelt ook onveilig. De handdoeken waren opvallend klein en van een formaat dat je eerder als handdoekje dan als badhanddoek zou omschrijven. Op de tweede dag werd onze kamer niet schoongemaakt en kregen we geen schone handdoeken. Achteraf bleek dat je hiervoor expliciet om kamerservice moest vragen. Tijdens het inchecken is ons hier echter niets over verteld. Uiteindelijk zijn we hiervoor wel gecompenseerd, wat we waarderen, maar dat neemt de teleurstellende ervaring niet weg. Al met al voldoet dit hotel wat ons betreft niet aan de verwachtingen. Zonder de goede locatie en de vriendelijke service van de bar zouden we ons verblijf als ronduit onvoldoende beoordelen.

Cheap. Good location.
Had to pay additional tourist taxes. Wavy stairs. Old part of building Parking lot was full. But... Cheapest stay in this area... So ok/good value for money

Even though the staff is friendly, the hotel is old, not clean and there is no private toilet or shower in the room. I left after 10 minutes.

Wonderful
Staying for 2 nights with three kids and having more beds than required is awesome! Not every hotel has this exceptional capability to host a family with more than 2 kids.
Breakfast is a bit overpriced for the standard continental breakfast.

In the center, near the walking street, but having its own parking. With friendly staff, internet, good coffee and meals even if a little bit pricy.
It is not very comfortable to have a shower far from your room, but it is a generic problem when no private bathroom is included. Cleanliness is ok, but sometime would be useful to clean also under the bed the empty bottles of previous guests. :-)

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very dated. The chairs within the rooms are damaged, and the carpets are marked and damaged. Even though the room was clean, it didn't feel it because of the outdated decor and furnishings. Sharing bathrooms isn't acceptable when you're paying £90+ for rooms.
