A standard Airport hotel but they did it well.
A little over-automated but it helps you get to your plane in time.

comfortable bed, nice location easily accessible, walking distance to supermarkets, very good sound isolation

I didn’t like thy don’t have family room from 4 years charging and they couldn’t put same room with kid have to separate parents the bed foam was not comfortable

Great food and the room had the biggest TV I have ever seen in a hotel! Free parking but this was limited. Nice seating area surrounded by books.
No lunch available and we were waiting to get a ferry later in the day but managed to find somewhere in the local town which is within walking distance. Music playing in reading / relaxation area which is not good for concentration.

Good breakfast - not extremely wide choice, but good enough to start the day. Eggs are prepared when asked for. The room and bathroom are good, Parking on site is (very) limited (10 cars), but 20 meters further there is a big hotel parking.

The checkout lady was very apologetic
The bar staff were not attentive
The room had cobwebs
The fire alarm at 3am
The constant banging of fire doors in the hallway
The overpowering stench of cigarette smoke drifting into the room from outside
The breakfast tables had not been cleared at 7am, I had to lay my own table
The cook wasn't there , no eggs were cooked, no fruit salad was available.
The ashtrays were overflowing onto the floor at the entrance

Nothing as we were not given a room regardless of the fact that our payment details were given on time . We had a confirmation with a booking pin and they did not cancel or message us . Absolutely nothing. When we got there we were simply declined by a rude receptionist for absolutely no valid reason

The hotel food, parking & location are great.
This hotel has a lot of contractor customers & the hotel has a high footfall of contractors. I stayed on & off in this hotel for three months and the rooms are hit & miss, especially with the beds. The single beds in the rooms are struggling with the footfall and desperately need changing as they are tired.
