Unfortunately, there is no minibar in the rooms... The facilities are limited... We were not very satisfied, it is never price performance.

Hotel was lovely in a great location about 7 minute walk from the centre. Clean and tidy. Rooms great size. Food in restaurant was great.
Secure bike storage.
Breakfast was 17 euro per person so we didn’t have breakfast as seems a crazy price.

Staff very friendly and helpful, nice people. Restaurant very good, nice menu and well presented, service very friendly.
Its always difficult when you find a problem in the room and you report it but nothing happens. Day 1 reported that the safe could not be used due to door not fitting and unable to set the code, reception staff advised and told they will talk to their colleague, nothing happened also reported that the bathroom sink the plug did not seal so no water could would remain in the sink, again reported and same reply, will tell my colleague, again nothing happened. I would expect that from a hotel of this standard that things would be resolved, this did not happen. Room 201 by the way. Would also suggest better lighting in the bedroom, it seems dull.

Staff was really friendly. Parking is excellent.

Restaurant is overpriced for mediocre quality.

The place was amazing, very elegant in every detail and the staff was lovely. Breakfast was abundant and wit ots of choices, even in case of food allergies.
The room was icy and there was no internal phone: I spent 5 minutes waiting on International call to them hanging down without any answer... so i froze all night long. Cocktails and food are average.

helpful staff
poor quality food and little choice for a hotel that has 4 stars. In addition, terribly uncomfortable mattresses and in the room we had a broken window which we reported to the reception but no one checked it.

Dirty bathroom with mold
Loud music of a festival that was on during the period, hotel mentioned e-mail notification was shared but have not received any notification of this. If I were to have known this I would have booked another property, The music did not stop till 11:00 PM
