We liked our bungalow, it was spacious and well equipped. Cleanliness was as expected. Also most of the facilities met our expectations. We liked the swimming pools and we enjoyed all the different activities available for the children. I think our son will enjoy this place much more as he gets older.
The food options in the restaurants were limited and expensive. Also the late check in (after 16h) and early check out (before 10h) requirement was an inconvenience for us.

I was in many hotels and apartments in the last 3 years, but by kempervennen was so long the best . It was one of the smallest cottage, which I used, but totally comfortable, with fully equipped for two persons. Best value for money, absolutely! The staff was really helpful. I recommend for everyone!

Aqua Mundo is great, kids loved it.
Fuego restaurant is too expensive and the food is not worth the price. It also takes way too long to be served.
Water slides where closed in Aqua Mundo due to technical issues.
The cottage had dust everywhere, which triggered an allergy in one of the kids.

Liked the location - the park is situated near a picturesque lake, inside a forest. Also the bungalow is very comfortable, and you don`t see your neighbors, so you can relax with peace. If you have a bike - bring your own, it will be easier to commute there.
Yes, the territory is huge, and you have to walk some distance to get to all amenities (like Action Factory, lake, pool). There is no SPA or sauna. Electric golf-cars are expensive - 110 EUR (6 person car). All activities need to be booked in advance, and there are not so many slots. Service at the restaurants or bars is not very friendly - we ordered 1 pizza take-away at the Grand Cafe in the main Market Dome building, and waited for 50 minutes - it turned out it was ready in 15 min, and staff just forgot about us! Also, the territory is inhabited by lots of geese, and their feces are all over - in the forest, on the trails, disgusting.

As always great staff, very nice green park. Excellent renovated cottages. Beautiful park. Always coming back , for many years now.
The prices have increased drastically, a bit too much. The location to put your carbage could not be found. I walked left and right but there was no carbage spot. I left the carbage in the cottage. It was just too far.

Peacefulness, no cars
Restaurants were awful: food cooked with no soul in it. Missing some French or Spanish speaking TV channels. Wifi signal was rather poor (unless with a fee), NO phone line to reach the reception: we were waiting for 3 hours to be delivered a set of towels that should have been provided. staff were nowhere to be seen.
