Spacious and very comfy beds.
The lack of basic facilities in the kitchen like a toaster! This is a basic thing to have. Instead there is a complicated micro/oven which is not good for grilling bread. The living room sofa bed had blood stains on the mattress and was not a very good sofa to even sit on as the cushions kept sliding off. There are no cushions or blankets in the living area so the acoustics are terrible when tv is on. The external shared terrace was great in terms of space and views of the canal but there was no furniture. Surely a few seats or sofa and table would be good. This would also delineate between the apartments and zone the space better. The price paid per night is extortionate for the facilities provided. Thankfully the beds were very comfortable so we slept well.

Its location was quite good.
Tiny second bedroom for two adults, with child size beds. One small radiator in the bathroom, big enough to put a hand towel. No other hooks or rails for four of us to put towels. The tap in the wash basin in the toilet didnt work. We were promised an extension chord for the ancient looking fan, so we could plug it in, but it never arrived. The only contact with staff was by WhatsApp messages. The kitchen sink did not have a plug, so hard to wash glasses that did not fit in the dishwasher.

Nothing
No windows in bedrooms, no fresh air, no mirrors, no lift, shocking stairs to access the property. Dirty linen left for us to use on sofa bed, which was also very uncomfortable. All beds were hard and very uncomfortable.
