nice and clean accommodation.
The breakfast was good but a bit expensive 17.5 euros ! The parking is expensive as well 20 euros a day!!

The room was spacious and excellent travel links with parking facilities
Our room was not made up between evenings so had to hunt down fresh towels. Their was only 1 coffee pod each and no glassware in the room

Modern hotel, easy access to tram line 2 that takes you to central Amsterdam really quick. Great parking garage with a lot of spaces for only 15 euros per day.
The room felt slightly rundown. The shower only had boiling hot water because of broken shower tap, so it was pretty much unusable. The reception said they could not do anything before the next day, when we were about to check out anyway. Quite upsetting. I would have expected to be moved to another room instantly.

Location - its 25 mins away from the central station and 20 mins away from the main square by tram, the good part is that the tram stop is in front of the hotel. The daily ticket is 9 Euros.
The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious as well.

It was clean and had great air conditioning. Not Im the city centre but nonetheless it was a great location as it had a tram stop right outside the hotel and a perfect brunch spot beside the river about a 3 minute walk away. All the staff were lovely and I would definitely stay here again.
Location could be more central but for the price it was that didnt matter and it was only a 15/20 minute tram from the centre.

Fantastic hotel in great location not far to centre on trams, staff really helpful and polite we had a great stay and would definitely be back here if we came back to Amsterdam

It was modern and comfortable.
We were only there from the 18th to the 21st but we didnt have a cleaner in at all during that time. I dont know if this is normal for a short stay?
We ran out of toilet tissue and towels, we had to ask the staff at reception for more.
The shower would also flood the entire bathroom whenever used, which I had to mop up with our towels because we didnt have cleaners in.
