Personal attention by the owner of property for making breakfast as per customer's liking. Room was very clean and spacious with additional office room for desk work. Location was at prime place
Stairs had narrow and steep steps. But I could manage easily. However customers with arthritis may find difficult.

Philip was a great host who had excellent recommendations. We enjoyed the neighborhood -- residential with lots of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of museums and other destinations. Public transportation options were excellent.

Very convenient location for RAI. Charming and engaging hosts. This is a proper B&B, where the owners properly live there.
Room was big and comfortable.
There was nothing I didn't Iike, but it really is a lived in home - not some Instagram perfect place. Just so you are aware.

Xaviera and her husband are very friendly and welcomed us warmly although we arrived late due to train delay. The breakfast is really nice, the house is in a nice location away from tourist spots. We had a small fridge and coffee/ tea in the room. The bed is huge. We could enjoy our own bathroom.
Some may find the night too loud as we were under the roof directly at the street side, some may find the pillow not that confortable.

Xaviera and Phillip are super friendly and accommodating. The room was large and nice, the location is superb, close to the RAI congress center and 20 min walk from the center of Amsterdam. Tram and bus stops very close to property. Very quiet area. Breakfast was great, good food and very nice company.

I arrived to a very warm reception, the hosts were lovely and very informative. I had limited time to investigate Amsterdam however the hosts gave excellent information about local attractions, and I felt confident to undertake to city life for the 2 days I was there, subsequently I had the best time in Amsterdam and will always look upon my stay with absolute joy.
