The staff was very professional and kind. The lounge on the 1st floor where you could get coffee and delicious cantuccini is very cool and relaxing. I sat and worked there many mornings. The apartments are well organized and have most of the things you need.
In my view there are not many things you can complain about. One minor thing is that the knives are very blunt, which makes them almost useless for cutting things. Another little thing is that some of the cleaning staff was a bit overambitious when collecting garbage bags and almost entered our room before we had given the green light to enter our room...

The hotel was amazing. The rooms were well appointed with kitchen, lounge, separate bedroom. Very comfortable beds. Also having a washer/dryer in the room was an added bonus.

The staff was very accommodating and professional. The rooms and the buildings were fresh and seemed newly renovated. When we felt that the studio we stayed in at the beginning of our stay was not according to our preferences we could change to another studio, which was very much appreciated.
We liked most things. The lounge on the 1st floor is really nice but rather often the coffee machine is not working (it needs to be emptied by the staff). However, this is a very minor thing...

Excellent location, quiet room, well-equipped apartment. The whole complex was very clean.
Tries too hard at the minimalist atmosphere. This is not a bargain hotel yet some details are overlooked under that guise.. Moreover, although all the staff is pleasant and trying to help, you can tell there is no consistent customer service culture. Everyone looks like they are scrambling. I suspect, staff turnover is high.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly for the entire stay and the room was clean and comfortable. I was impressed that there was a washing machine and we used it. It was close to transportation to walk and pretty central to the places we wanted to visit.
