The area it is located in is clean with a beautiful park and small lake. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant is very good in the hotel.
Wish there were more restaurants near the hotel but the tram is close to get into the heart of Amsterdam.

Breakast was incredible! My room was the best, but honestly i found the doorknobs difficult to open. The staff was truly amazing, especially Christina. I ordered roses and they arrived right on time. Thank you for everything!
If only there were a tram stop a little closer. Obviously that cant be changed. But it is a little difficult to get around from there, love the nearby park though!

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Bed was king-size and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and fresh with a shower and separate bath
Limited tea bags and no but but I realised I don't think dutch really drink tea and defiantly not with milk! however there is a fridge in the room to put your own.
The hotel is good. A bit further out of Amterdam than I'd thought, but easily accessible by tram and metro, which takes about 20 minutes to get into Amsterdam
Staff were friendly and helpful
Ib the room the toilet is separare to the bathroom woth no washbasin. Restaurant is expensive and there are not any close by places to eat or shops to buy food. Hotel is in a resisential area with flats. You need to walk a good 15- 20 minutes to find a few places to eat and also find the spar shop.

Restaurant was good although limited dining options.

Spacious room, clean.
The management has paranoia with payment, I have booked my room with option of paying at the property as booking has given me, to find you out that the hotel is trying to charge me for the first night!! So I said ok maybe they cannot understand English when booking given me the option to pay when im at the property so ive given them my credit card info to take the deposit, but then when I returned to the room from outside on my second night of stay (stayed for 3 nights) I found out that someone from the staff has purged while im outside leaving me a note that i need to pay my full stay while im on my second night and they already withdrawn the cost of the first night from my credit card!!!! The ridiculous issue is that the note didnt state the remaining money that I should pay because they already have withdrawn the cost of the first night, noooooo sir on the note they wanted me to pay the full 3 nights even i paid the first night!!!!.

Breakfast choice was fabulous and well organised.
Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work in our room and instructions didn’t help. We didn’t like the clear glass door to the bathroom. Bathrooms with a WC should be private!

Room came with bath and shower separately, which was awesome. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choises. Fresh orange juice is a big bonus.
