Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and a wide variety to choose from.
Restaurant was good although limited dining options.
No welcome pack in the room offering any indication of facilities, costs or even wiFi connection options.

Spacious room, clean.
The management has paranoia with payment, I have booked my room with option of paying at the property as booking has given me, to find you out that the hotel is trying to charge me for the first night!! So I said ok maybe they cannot understand English when booking given me the option to pay when im at the property so ive given them my credit card info to take the deposit, but then when I returned to the room from outside on my second night of stay (stayed for 3 nights) I found out that someone from the staff has purged while im outside leaving me a note that i need to pay my full stay while im on my second night and they already withdrawn the cost of the first night from my credit card!!!! The ridiculous issue is that the note didnt state the remaining money that I should pay because they already have withdrawn the cost of the first night, noooooo sir on the note they wanted me to pay the full 3 nights even i paid the first night!!!!.

Breakfast choice was fabulous and well organised.
Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work in our room and instructions didn’t help. We didn’t like the clear glass door to the bathroom. Bathrooms with a WC should be private!

Clean, welcoming, close to parks and public transport, lovely view, well serviced by friendly staff and a yummy buffet breakfast
The room was slightly warm so a bit stuffy (possibly user error with heating and cooling). The glass bathroom door is not frosted so if sharing with a friend be aware there is minimal privacy.

The location of the hotel is fantastic,easily reachable from the airport (by train) and from the downtown area as well (by tram). The breakfast is also great, there is a wide selection of food and it is tasty.
Since I was travelling with a friend of mine, we did not like the fact that the door of the bathroom is made of transparent glass :( In addition, there is a glass window from the bathroom looking into the room itself. It would have been great to know this in advance; it caused us quite a few unpleasant moments :( Also, I have requested 2 separate beds, which was not not fulfilled.
