It was the closest hotel with availability when our flights were canceled and rescheduled four days later. Jessika welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. Claudia, whom we understand was the manager, upgraded us to a junior suite that ended up being the best room of our entire vacation. The hotel had a good restaurant with great breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. It’s a 15‑minute walk to the public transportation that takes you to the city center. Without a doubt, the service they provided made all the difference.

The rooms were clean and the staff are friendly and professional
I booked two rooms together for a family of 4, we ended up in 2 rooms on different floors.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and I was not disappointed. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly, helpful and always had a smile. I especially enjoyed my chats with Miranda and Roberto.
The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. I come to Amsterdam to visit my sons and his family and the best part about the location for me is the beautiful walk or bike ride I take through Rembrandt Park to get to their home.
I won’t stay anywhere else while in Amsterdam.

Very comfortable, clean, and modern hotel with a good gym, spa, and indoor pool
Although there is a tram stop several hundred meters away, that will take you to the center, the area around the hotel has almost nothing in the way of dining or shopping

Room: slippery shower floor. All night elevator music coming from the downstairs restaurant area. It didn't stop even after I informed the front desk. I had to close the windows to eliminate the noise and was not happy about that.
Dinner: Not enough choices, slow service since there was only one server.

The bed was fantastic. It was the most comfortable bed ever. Also the boy and the girl in the bar were so friendly and they made wonderful coffee .
The room service was not so good as we supposed. It was not very clean.

I came on a business trip that had me working from my hotel room mostly. While a bit of an odd traveler type, this hotel's wi-fi did not disappoint. I loved the view, I slept well, I liked the greenery. I also liked not being too far from the center yet far away from the stoner budget travelers that you get a lot of in the center, naturally. I really like the modern neighborhood this hotel is in.
No hand soap provided. Had to wash my hands with body wash. It does the job, but on the other hand, given all the other amenities, saving a few cents on providing proper liquid hand soap does not befit this hotel's standards.

The accessibility
All was great until I got to the checkin point as a frequent flyer I’m used to facilities that accommodate for someone who can help with the clientele bags but WestCord didn’t cater for that except the gentleman at the front desk who name i don’t recall was so kind enough to offer to help otherwise all was really good breakfast had a good selection of options
