Nice pool gym was closed. Room was a decent size.and good choice for breakfast.Staff very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room clean and very quiet .We were facing the courtyard.Tram 1 or 17 into the city centre a 5 minute walk.Wiuld stay here again.

Lovely big comfy beds. Pillows were really nice. Rooms clean. Quiet. Close to park
Acts like a boujie hotel but doesn’t deliver boujie standards. Very overpriced. Hotel can’t provide a shower cap? I’ve been in even basic hotels that offer shower caps, nail kits, toothbrushes etc. last time I stayed I got a drinks voucher for my birthday, travelled again this year and didn’t receive anything complimentary. Care and standards have seemed to gone downhill. Had to wait a while for fresh towels, clean cups and coffee to be refilled in our room. 7.50 fee for room service! Not close to any shops / coffee shops. 15 min walk to train station. Lifts kept breaking down and with a room on the 8th floor u would expect the lifts not to be out of service. The amount u pay for what u get isn’t worth it at all. Premier inn service for 4 star prices
