The bed, pillows and matrass were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great in terms of options, flavour and value for money. Especially that part really stood out. Also appreciated the wellness centre, but unfortunately the sauna was out of commission. I really like the area of Amsterdam where the hotel is situated, as it is adjacent to the really nice non-touristy side of Amsterdam (access through Vondelpark). Lastly, compliments to the hotel staff, as their politely jovial attitude really was a breath of fresh air compared to the average Dutch hotel service.
being woken up by people in the hallway at night leaving for their flights. It seems the sound isolation in the building could be improved upon. Also, our tv did not work. But we did not mind that tbh

Overall, the impression was very good. There is a tram stop near the hotel, and it is easy to reach city center. It is also possible to get to the airport quickly while avoiding the city center traffic jams. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the room size — 26 square meters felt spacious and comfortable.

We traveled to Amsterdam to celeberate our special occasion , staff informed upon arrival and before check in , they made our stay memorable. Tram stop is 5 mins walk from hotel and get you to downtown core. We loved every single things at this hotel and we highly recommand it.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff great facilities
Location is a bit far from centre of Amsterdam and they took full payment off my credit card before my arrival and didn't transfer it back until 3 working days later.
Which is not good as we booked with pay at hotel this was not good as I booked 4 rooms on my card and they took money for all.4 rooms leaving me with a lot less spending money

The area it is located in is clean with a beautiful park and small lake. The hotel is very clean and modern. The restaurant is very good in the hotel.
Wish there were more restaurants near the hotel but the tram is close to get into the heart of Amsterdam.

Breakast was incredible! My room was the best, but honestly i found the doorknobs difficult to open. The staff was truly amazing, especially Christina. I ordered roses and they arrived right on time. Thank you for everything!
If only there were a tram stop a little closer. Obviously that cant be changed. But it is a little difficult to get around from there, love the nearby park though!
