I liked everything. First of all the hotel offered us a great room to accommodate three people. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was great.

The hotel room served its purpose.
I ordered an additional surprise package for my partner. It was not set up in the room as agreed. A member of staff was waiting outside of our room and mentioned the error but gave away the surprise in front of my partner.
They then fixed the issue but the surprise was already ruined. When we got back to our room to see the so called surprise package.. it was awfully presented. For £60 it looked like a child set it up, not to mention how cheap and tacky it looked. Really disappointing. After a quick google of the Prosecco, it costs around £10. Unsure how they can justify such a mark up in price for such a lacklustre product / presentation.

Good hotel outskirts of centre 25euros in Uber to centre. Clean decent size rooms with a good variety at breakfast - helpful staff.

Good location, easy to reach via bus. Comfortable, clean and ample space. Very comfortable bed with two big pillows.
It wasn't a major issue, but it took some time to know how to work the remote control for tv. Slight issue with bathroom when showering ... in the superior twin room, you can see the person showering! (good job we are good friends!). Also, at night going to the toilet, you have to put the key card in to turn on the light for the toilet - waking up the other person! Didn't know how to operate the lights other than from the card slot, so walking back to bed in the dark.
Also, we felt the side tables by the bed were a little on the low side rather than at head height.
