Clean, well equipped, good location for accessing the city.
Some lights in the rooms were motion-activated: didn’t always want them to come on in the middle of the night.

The hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, lovely bar, resturant in evening and breakfast was delicious and a good choice of food, oh and a bus stop just outside to take you to the city. Also they have parking under hotel (which you have to pay for) but safe. Perfect
The only thing is the A/C in our room it wouldn't go down to 19, wouldn't go down past 22 however other than that couldn't fault it.

Very good breakfast. Effective cleaning in the room every day. Very efficient and polite staff.
Adjusting the air flow to the air conditioner seems to be centralized. During the night is too windy. Since I did not complain I did not know if I could have solved that problem :)

We booked a double bed room but we're given two single beds pushed together. The staff rectified the issue immediately.

The location. Quiet away from the noise of central Amaterdam, but with bus stop outside the door of the hotel enabling us to catch the no 22 bus to central station in twenty minutes.
The hotel is great the staff are friendly and amenable. I was touched when I returned to my room last night that a bag of sweets and complimentary free drink voucher for my birthday had been put in place by the room attendant who had taken note if my birthday cards . A nice touch.
The breakfast staff were very attentive when my daughter asked for gluten-free bread each morning and ensured this was sorted.
The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the pillows wonderfully huge and soft.
We had a really enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.
The noisy bar attendant towards the end of the evening crashing glasses around and making a noise. We got the impression it was time to leave. We didn't return for rest off stay it put us off.
It's a bit strange to have a toilet separate from the shower room with no wash basin, meaning we had to walk through the apartment to the shower room to wash hands is not ideal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed and iron in my room and the staff provided that immediately. The kitchenette was spacious.
No cooking utensils and very minimal crockery.
