Lovely hotel. Convenient to city centre (only 10 minutes on the bus). Staff were friendly and willing to assist. Room was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed breakfast which had plenty of options.

The location is 15 min from Jordaan and Dam Square
The staff was rude and our AC leaked all night and the reception was not caring about it. They said it wasn’t so bad. I didn’t pay for staying in a room that’s not so bad.
May be as a non EU resident I didn’t have rights.

I went to Amesterdam between 24-27 of June it was very hot and the AC was not working at all and very noisy.
We were suffocating in the room
They tried to fix it but still not working
They offered some ( ventilateur) to help but still it was so hot

Clean, well equipped, good location for accessing the city.
Some lights in the rooms were motion-activated: didn’t always want them to come on in the middle of the night.
