Very Good
Very nice hotel on the 22 bus route (easy access to Schipol and Central Station). A very comfortable stay as far as the room was concerned - decent size and usual facilities including not brilliant Wi-fi on 6th floor. Varied breakfast including Cooked (not brilliant - the Scrambled Egg is unique!) and Continental (very good). Staff were very helpful at all times. In many ways this hotel deserves a top rating but, given my experience (detailed below), I am afraid I cannot give full marks. Don't let it put you off booking as ideal location to get around Am'dam with frequent bus service just outside hotel.
The dining area at b'fast was very crowded. This is a 'tour groups hotel' and tour group people just seem to think they own the place.
Went for a drink in the bar/dining area one evening and was told rather bluntly "You can't sit there! Its reserved" (for a tour group I guessed). A drink would have taken 30 mins tops. Was offered a pokey table in the corner not suitable for 3 people. As a paying - and its not cheap is it? - customer I don't expect this sort of treatment. Needless to say, never returned to the bar for a drink.

The room was so cozy!! 2 minute walk to bus stop that takes you straight to Central Station which gets you anywhere you want to go! Breakfast was wonderful!

Almost everything was very good. The nice decor, brilliant rooms, and friendly staff.
The only reason that I didn't give 10 stars is because of the two morning phone calls I requested that the staff failed to make.

Friendly polite staff. Nice added touches such as warm stroopwafels at check in. Arrived Easter Sunday to find packet of crisps, bottle of water and a large bag of Easter eggs. Breakfast was good and meals served in restaurant was delicious.
Couldn’t find fault with the property.

Breakfast was beautiful, plentiful and nice. Staff was great and helpful. Hotel was ok, not great, but for the price it was doable. I expected something different, but it served our needs for the two nights we were in Amsterdam.
The restaurant and bar were odd as was the menu. Hotel is much plainer than what was represented online. I just expected better facilities.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, always happy with my stays, hotel not far from centre, bus stops right outside. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are very cozy and always clean, this is now my go to place when visiting Amsterdam.

There is a bus right outside that takes you to the centre which was perfect no need for taxis.
Very comfy beds . Decent size rooms . Lovely staff .
Nice bar area . Great choice of breakfast we would stay again.

Great location, very close to the City centre - 10 minutes to Amsterdam Central station. Great staff, very helpful and we felt very looked after. Room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast again great, great variety and selection of choice.
