Breakfast was beautiful, plentiful and nice. Staff was great and helpful. Hotel was ok, not great, but for the price it was doable. I expected something different, but it served our needs for the two nights we were in Amsterdam.
The restaurant and bar were odd as was the menu. Hotel is much plainer than what was represented online. I just expected better facilities.

I've stayed at this hotel many times before, always happy with my stays, hotel not far from centre, bus stops right outside. Staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are very cozy and always clean, this is now my go to place when visiting Amsterdam.

There is a bus right outside that takes you to the centre which was perfect no need for taxis.
Very comfy beds . Decent size rooms . Lovely staff .
Nice bar area . Great choice of breakfast we would stay again.

Great location, very close to the City centre - 10 minutes to Amsterdam Central station. Great staff, very helpful and we felt very looked after. Room was very quiet, comfortable and clean. Breakfast again great, great variety and selection of choice.

Bus station is located directly beside the hotel and it’s 7 min to the Central station.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room wasn’t very clean initially, but after informing reception, they responded quickly and resolved the issue. I appreciated their effort.

the design of the hotel and the artwork on display make the place feel vibrant and unique.
it is extremely clean.
so it is a great place.
controversial opinion: the location isn't as good as the reviews suggest.
I'm a little confused why people say the location is great. yes, the number 22 bus stops right outside the hotel. and yes, the buses are easy to use.
but the 22 bus goes to central station. the nicest area (Jordaan), and key attractions (Anne frank house, Nemo science museum, the nicer canal cruises) are not served by this bus. the bus doesn't even go close to them. sometimes you can get the bus and walk for 15 minutes, but to me that doesn't represent a good location. and I have a 4 year old, so a 15 minute walk is a long way.
so if you don't want hassle, you will probably take a lot of taxis (bolt and Uber operate here). that's fine, but the costs adds up. and in Amsterdam, where everything you buy costs your own weight in gold anyway, it all starts becoming very expensive.

The location was easy access to Amsterdam Cenntral via bus and tram. The hotel room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable
The amenities such as the fridge & hot drinks were good for storing milk for my morning tea. I only had a breakfast on my last day. I would give it a 10 out of 10! The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful, informing me how the breakfast food was laid out (27/3/26). In all, I had a comfortable and relaxing time.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was so kind. We really appreciate birthday celebration. If we go to Amsterdam, definetely stay at Westcort Art.
