The location was easy access to Amsterdam Cenntral via bus and tram. The hotel room was nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable
The amenities such as the fridge & hot drinks were good for storing milk for my morning tea. I only had a breakfast on my last day. I would give it a 10 out of 10! The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful, informing me how the breakfast food was laid out (27/3/26). In all, I had a comfortable and relaxing time.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was so kind. We really appreciate birthday celebration. If we go to Amsterdam, definetely stay at Westcort Art.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful with all of our requests. The hotel feels modern & well maintained. Despite not being in the very centre the position is quite convenient to get there by bus or by feet.
Breakfast could be improved. We chose to do our outside. Also everyone was super friendly but the cleaning lady should follow a "how to knock at the door without scarying the guests" course (lol)

Very convenient location to the bus to downtown, the room was clean , breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.
The website descriptions of the rooms confused me a little. Double bed for two, doesn't mean two beds , it is just a double bed. Luckily they switched us rooms to one with two single beds.

Not many close restaurants, all are at a minimum 10 to 15 minutes walk.

The staff is very kind and friendly. We received a welcome gift a stroopwafel, and when we checked out we received a souvenir, a lovely gesture. The room is a very clean and is cleaned every day so that you always enter a nice and tidy room. The bed is very comfortable. The bus station is right next to the hotel, but it's not far to walk to the city center, it's in a quiet area and there's a lot to see while walking. The atmosphere in the hotel is like being at home. It was really great, when we visit Amsterdam again we will definitely return to this hotel.
