Very convenient location to the bus to downtown, the room was clean , breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.
The website descriptions of the rooms confused me a little. Double bed for two, doesn't mean two beds , it is just a double bed. Luckily they switched us rooms to one with two single beds.

The room service and the room cleanliness.
Not many close restaurants, all are at a minimum 10 to 15 minutes walk.

The staff is very kind and friendly. We received a welcome gift a stroopwafel, and when we checked out we received a souvenir, a lovely gesture. The room is a very clean and is cleaned every day so that you always enter a nice and tidy room. The bed is very comfortable. The bus station is right next to the hotel, but it's not far to walk to the city center, it's in a quiet area and there's a lot to see while walking. The atmosphere in the hotel is like being at home. It was really great, when we visit Amsterdam again we will definitely return to this hotel.

Finaly a hotel that in the center of their attention is the comfort of their clients. Friendly staff, comfy bed, clean room, nice elegant spaces. It is a 10 minutes autobus drive from the city center but in a very quiet and more authentic zone of amsterdam. We enjoyed walking to the hotel as well. I would definately recommend it.

The room was very clean, I met the service lady, she offered to clean my room and new towel! The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. It is located 12-17 minutes by bus to Amsterdam Central! The view of my room was spectacular, you can see the train! I would recommend this hotel. I am so glad I booked it.

Thoughtful touches were significant at Westcord Art Hotel Amsterdam- the staff were smiley, warm and friendly. They offer the guests a warm stroopwaffel on arrival and a Dutch keychain as a gift upon checkout. They provided one very helpful paper card with ALL the important info on it, answering questions you’d usually have to remember to ask (wifi password, checkout times, bus stop name and number out front that takes you direct into central). I really like the door signs to label whether you wanted your room cleaned or whether you’re still here, please check back later. I was so impressed by these simple comforts that made the stay smooth, comfortable and easy. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was large and very comfortable! Great stay 10/10

Easy access to city centre, cool art around the hotel.
Nice touch with a warm treat upon arrival and a nice little key chain when leaving. Staff all great. It’s a solid three star hotel - room did the job, and the shower was very nice.

Great staff who were always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile when asked.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable and being able to open the windows a little was great. Breakfast was really great value too.
The night there was a problem with the kitchen and my meal was cancelled. Also it was unfortunately a little further from Amsterdam Central than I would have liked but I didn't know enough about location when I booked but the bed and the staff made up for that.

Excellent location — there is a bus stop right in front with a line to the city center, and the center can also be reached quickly on foot. The rooms were cleaned every day, so we always returned to a tidy room. Very kind and helpful staff who helped us get to the airport on time.

The staff were really nice & friendly. Place was clean. Food was good! Dont know why people have complained about the breakfasts - they are spot on & tasty. The gym was good & spacious. Loved the board games available
Quite a long walk into the town but there is a bus outside which you can catch for cheap.
