There was free water available in the lobby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also great at giving advice and recommendations.And they gave us Dutch waffles as a welcome gift.
The hotel was pretty clean,and there was a direct public transport with bus to the city center. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC and coffee machine worked very well.
Overall, I had a really comfortable stay. Honestly, I’ve stayed in 5-star hotel rooms that were worse than this one!
Only elevators but I think is fine still you don’t need to walk

it was convenient for me and had great access to public transportation
no balconies and cleaning staff left our window open after cleaning, letting flies in on the first day, which stayed for the remainder of the 4 nights.

Super nice staff (Andrea in the reception) that gave us a very nice room that worked very well with our infant.
The room was very nice and it looked like they had great outdoor area that we did not try to use due to gray skies and cold weather
There was an automatic light on a timer that we were unable to turn off, we were able to cover the sensor so it was not a big problem
