Great location with easy access to public transport. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choices. Our room was very comfortable.

Wonderful
The hotel was very clean & modern and we liked the funky vibe with all the art work with the wall murals. The bar and Resturant was great with friendly staff and good food at reasonable prices.
Nothing really that we could think of - there could have been more travel information for guests at reception.

I definitely liked the concept surrounding the art - location was very convenient considering it is just 10-15 min bus ride to the central station. Room matched the pricing.
We had a giant leak in our bathroom ceiling which flooded our floor and damaged some of our personal belongings in the bathroom - the way the situation was handled was disappointing. We had called the reception twice for help and it had taken a long time for them to react. We give props to the maintenance guy who immediately told us to leave for our safety. Once at reception, the reception showed a bad attitude on our situation especially when I had asked for another room. When I sternly said our room is flooded, she called in another staff member who was much more accommodating.

It was a beautiful hotel, beautifully decorated to high standards, and also very clean hotel and rooms it was amazing, very friendly and helpful staff, food in the bar was delicious and outstanding such a good selection to choose from, brilliant service
It was a bit far from everything unfortunatly like shops, pubs and restaurants, we had to get a bus and tram to get to the town of Amsterdam.
