The service at the breakfast and the food!! Exceptional!, The bed was only 10 cm from the floor. (We had a cabin) were not aware until we got there. As I had just fallen over in a bad accident first day of my holiday in Basel, room was not so comfortable, but certainly wouldn’t complain, my accident not your fault!
Very impressed with hotel!
No complaints other than wasnt aware when booking tgat we were booked into a “Cabin.”

The location and vibe of the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated very close to the metro so easy access into Central. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, friendly and very helpful staff. There are a couple of bars and restaurant in the hotel building. The rooftop hot tubs and sauna are a great edition to your stay. Convenient location 30 minutes walk to the center and a lot of public transport options nearby.

The faster accessibility to the Metro, the Bar , The Studying area on the right , it could be cool to enjoy the Sauna but I had no time…to next time.
The Room 408 was very pretty, everything was in order and clean
There was no possibility to lift up the tent and looking the view and another thing was that I couldn’t smoke electronics cigarettes with the open window even if I had the idea to lean against the window
