Best staff, so friendly and on the level in every way I needed during my stay. I wanted to hang out with them all.
That I couldn't have the bedplaats all to myself all day long. Other than that, can't think of much. But if I really had to decide, maybe it would be that the sun doesn't set until well past my bedtime and I should have brought an eye mask.

Very Good
Location was good, not far from the city. Nice views from the rooms. It was clean. Cool to have the bar and the baths in the hotel although we didn't have time to use them.
The staff was very blaze and did not give me any practical information like the fact I need my card to use the lift???
The glass shower in the middle of the room concept needs to stop. It was not visible on the photos and this is not a cheap hotel so I don't understand why would you do that, just have walls.

Wonderful
Very cool hotel with great amenities.
I lekes everything, bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest of the family had no complaints.
Breakfast could have been better, and I would have loved to be able to make a hot drink in the room.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Parking cost! Parking was so expensive, I was really shocked and disappointed. Paying decent money for the hotel, it’s a shame they do not include the parking in that cost.

We had booked two rooms and received an upgrade on one of them, meaning we got 2 4-bed rooms for our group of 3 adults and 2 children. Those rooms were terrific; two bathrooms, loft beds in addition to the double bed, concrete floors that are easy to keep clean and overall very spacious. Aircon working perfectly.
Not only the rooms are ideal for families, but also the location, the roof top with bath tubs (which our older daughter loved), and a great value for money breakfast.
Only thing missing is a small fridge and a kettle. When you have small children it’s not always convenient to eat all meals in restaurants. We had the breakfast at the hotel which was definitely good value!

Poor
The room was too hot and the AC did not seem to be up to the job. The bed was too short and it was vibrating a lot due to other guests' actions. Did not sleep well.
I booked another night on the same day by accident, I tried to get a refund immediately but it was denied. Not very customer friendly.

The hotel was near a metro stop, so getting anywhere was easy. My two sons needed to spend a bit of time on work, and the large lobby work space was ideal for that. There is a coffee shop onsite, the room was small and sparsely furnished, but it was comfortable and had what we needed. The staff was exceptional.
No door to the shower area was a bit awkward at times.

Pleasant
Central location, cool design and decor, beautiful view over the city - the highlight being the Swedish bath and sauna on the rooftop, that made our stay! Soaking there while enjoying the sunset over the city was nothing short of magical. Finally, the staff: everyone we spoke to was extremely kind and smiling
The value for money for a family room of four is poor. The room is really small, the bathroom a shoebox even for amsterdam standard, but the worst is the breakfast: cheap supermarket products slapped on a plate, very little choice, scrambled eggs so salty they were inedible, and for 16 euros you don’t get espresso, only filter coffee. It was so bad we quit and went to the nearest cafe. At 330 euros for the night, i definitely expected betters

Quirky, friendly helpful staff, close to metro stop.
Only issue is, small bathroom which all gets very wet when you shower, and therefore hard to use the toilet afterwards without getting wet feet!

Great vibey hotel. On both occasions checking in early was available and much appreciated after a long flight. On checking out, leaving baggage until ready to travel, no problem.
