Property was interesting and very nice. Breakfast and dinner at Canvas, and also lobby bar was very good

Location was great.
1) There was a wrongful amount of chloride in the hottubs. Not only unhealthy, but mine and my daughters bathing suits are completely ruined. I just bought them new and the colors are completely faded. My daughters bathing suit was purple and mine dark green as you can see on the inside of the bikini in the picture. After informing this by checkout, the manager would contact us. We haven’t received anything. It’s been almost 3 days now. 2) In the restaurant they forgot to serve us (8 people) on multiple occasions, both drinks and food. Although the manager was trying to make it up with us: it is not okay to wait 1.5 hours for dinner, and than inform us another hour later that they forgot to tell us kitchen is closed and dessert is not possible. End up giving us an option for chocolate mouse, but then again forget to serve us the beers that we ordered. 3) there was a curtain thing in front of the bathroom was very dirty. 4) booked here through booking only to discover that the same room was almost 90 euros cheaper through their own website. Tried both through the hotel and Booking to solve that issue prior to our stay, but kept being told that they wouldn’t price match. We’ve booked 2 rooms: one for friends and one for out family. Overpaid 180 + having to buy new bathing suits makes this hotel not worth it’s money. Although staff behind the reception was very friendly, other staff is rude and made us feel very unwelcome.

The room was small but very well designed, clean and fresh. Perfect for a short stay. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant.

I likef that it's not too formal, I liked the rooftop sauna, the cafe downstairs and the restaurant. It was located right meet to a metro station

Pleasant corner room on 3rd floor, bright and engaging view across main street. Comfortable bed. Good powerful shower. Easy access to rooftop sauna and hot tubs. Friendly staff.
Wooden stools were fine and functional, but would have enjoyed a comfortable seat to relax in. A small fridge adds so much utility value to a hotel room.
