Great value for money! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable for our family of 5, kids loved the bed loft. The location is superb, just couple of metro stops from city center and the Metro station is just outside the lobby. Will definitely come back!
Maybe just the fact that there is no fridge in the room to cool our water and other supplies.

Great position! very close to the metro. Beautiful terrace with an amazing view, we drank something here before sleeping. Metro close at 00,30 am, but terrace bar close at 2 am, we stay on Saturday night and we had very good vibes, great DJ set. Dont forget the swimsuit for hot tubes at 8th floor!
Staff was unprepared to give information about night bus or service to return to hotel when the metro close.

poor soundproofing - the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. Very loud dj on friday/saturday evening in the cafe on the ground floor

Very close to metro station
I dont expect that room that I purchase is block small room without window like a pigeon house they call it cabin, I have to upgrade for another 200.00 euros for more than 600.00 total. Thats too much expensive for three days stay. Keep away.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in time is a bit later than usual but they are happy to let you leave your luggage with them while you go and explore Amsterdam. Metro station is located right outside hotel for a quick trip into Centraal.

This is my go to hotel when in Amsterdam. Nice vibe, cool room interior and great location. Do not forget to bring swimwear, the rooftop sauna and hot tubs is a must!
