Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended!
My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. It offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, creating a relaxing and refined atmosphere throughout the entire visit.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to assist and genuinely making me feel at home. The level of service was outstanding and made a real difference to the overall experience.
The breakfast was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was well-presented and of excellent quality.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a memorable stay. I would gladly return again!

We loved the spa facility and the gym! Both were exceptional and made our stay extra special. We were also very surprised and pleased at the quality of food served at the on-site restaurants.Delicious!

Breakfast was really decent
Staff took a long time to respond. Ordered a pizza from the 24/7 pizza number and this staff member who was black and wore glasses at 1am, gave us a super cold pizza.

AVOID THIS PLACE!
There are hundreds of hotels in Amsterdam that surpass this establishment.
Staff - I arrived from the US on a delayed 11-hour flight, landing at 11:30 AM, with check-in scheduled for 12 PM. I inquired at the front desk about the availability of my room, and the staff member informed me that there were two rooms ready, but I could check in half an hour early for a fee of €50. I politely declined and chose to wait in the lobby for half an hour, appreciating that he was adhering to the rules and enforcing the policy.
Five minutes later, two additional guests entered and asked the same question, expressing that they were a bit early and inquiring if they could check in. I listened as the same staff member responded affirmatively, stating that they had two rooms available, and proceeded to check both guests in without hesitation. This staff member then left the front desk, possibly for a break. I approached another colleague at the desk and asked if I could check in now (it was around 11:45 at this point), and the lady replied, "Sure, ma'am, no problem," and checked me in.
SO.... why was I denied a 30-minute early check-in unless I paid, while the others were checked in without issue? The only distinction was the color of my skin, which is brown. I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay and addressed this issue with a staff member during checkout. She acknowledged my concern and stated she would email me with further information, but I received no communication, so I followed up. They requested my phone number to discuss the matter further, but I have yet to receive a call.
Location - situated in a rather unsafe area of Amsterdam, you must rely on UBER for transportation, but you will find yourself waiting for a long time as the journey is too short for them to accept rides to nearby locations (which are not within walking distance, and if it rains, you will not want to walk to the train station!).

My room and view was spectacular. I loved the set up and conveniences.
There was a spilled drink in the elevator, it was eventually dried up but my sneakers were sticking to the floor making velcro noises each step I took to exit.

All the facilities are new and clean. Especially the shower facility is very nice.
My wife does not like the distance from the City center. Because of the constructions in front of the hotel, the short cut to the Metro station was not available except at night.
In addition, the front desk should have explained to us how to buy Metro tickets. (For the first time ticket buyer with three family members, it was not really easy without any English explanations. We could enter the Metro station on the first day because of an exceptionally nice lady's help).
