The dining place is very well, people are nice allow me to have a coffee when I told them room coffee machine not working
No robe in room for going to sauna. With a little insect once saw on bathroom. The coffee machine could not work and after replaced, and I mentioned might be I did not know how to place the capsule...

The hotel room is a really good size, with plenty of areas to be able to work from the room, breakfast was also good, staff really friendly, the view out of the room towards the stadium was good to wake up to., Easy access to the metro to the RAI or Amsterdam istelf.
There are three hotels in the area, but there not much outside the hotels, there, no local shops etc, this is not a complaint about the hotel just an observation, it you want shops & bars just outside, this not the hotel for you.

the breakfast is good and the place is the right size for the hotel the staff is pleasant and trying to help
the spa is way too small and is crowded for the hotel size the hammam is smelly and there is stagnant water on the floor... i got a fungus on my foot because of this... :( the rooms are not sound proof and we could hear the room above our head playing loud music till 5AM !

Location of the hotel was very convenient for speedy access to RAI; breafkast was quite good as well
room given was very noisy as it was located opposite to the elevator in the floor that also the spa and gym are located so i assume it's also a pretty busier floor. next time i will definitely ask for a quieter room.
